yes it is a three phase games, but to win with Tylor you have to be elite in two areas. I understand from time to time teams have elite defenses , but it usually only last a season or two before age or free agency destroys it. If you get the qb you can win with slightly above average defense.

The problem with Taylor is he has too many holes in his game to be consistent. He will make flashy plays, he will get you a few long td throws but that is not enough. He can't make easy short throws on a consistent basis , he can't or won't throw the ball over the middle of the field. He holds the ball entirely too long. t

No doubt Shady is awesome. Mike g compliments him well with a more straight ahead running style. If they could get a large cap savings by cutting him then I could see it but for a million it seems like a long shot. Even if his running style isn't a great fit for Dennison as a result he will get less touches , you can still use Shady a ton in the passing game . This time next year maybe.

I agree , I think without an elite qb and yes for those who will start say what about the defense , an elite defense . the bIlls are put together as well as you can expect in the salary cap era. Leaving alone the elite defenses because they are rare and generally you can't keep them together very long. The league is kind of set up to be 8-8 and your qb play and health will dictate the rest. I would say the Dickie J teams wone more games then their talent warranted. While not perfect and who is , Whaley has put together a fine roster for the last three years.
