Doug is in a tough spot. I am sure he could take a step back and find a job but once he does that he lowers his status, on the other hand he could wait for a gm job to come his way and that might not happen. Maybe Doug isn't the guy you feel comfortable with running the whole show but he is good enough to be part of a front office team. I liked Doug more than most , I also think he never really got the keys to kingdom , bringing in Rex was the beginning of the end for him

best thing to hear the rest of the offseason would be Zay is looking like a different player , he is catching everything. I think during free agency the receiver market got over priced quickly and this is not a great receiver draft. they are going to have to mix and match all season . At the end of the day a healthy Benjamin is huge, Zay or kerley in the slot and they need to get lucking and find another outside guy with long speed.

these are the picks that make of break the draft. you should get three usefull players in the first three rounds. If you can nab a starter or two on day three that is huge . In my opinion there are a lot of quality running backs and d backs left. There are a ton of wide receivers available too but not sure there are any difference makers.
