I am sure with the speed of the game and the pressure he felt in the first half, he forgot some of the things he had worked on in the preseason to improve his accuracy. He made some very nice throws today as well. What about those? With a rookies qb. You look for positives, and there were plenty. It is easy to find flaws with a rookie qb making his first start. But come on, get real. Brady would not have looked good in the first half with the lack of protection Josh had to deal with. Slow down and enjoy watching him grow. Given what he has to work with along with his inexperience, he is doing very well. He will continue to improve. Those that complain about his accuracy, how have the other rookie qbs been with their accuracy? He has made some very nice through, some very bad. His accuracy will improve with experience. This harsh judgement from our football "experts". Are a bit premature. Give him till at least 8 starts before you are ready to throw in the towel. Especially the 'fixing accuracy almost never works". I am pleased with Josh today. Playing only two years in the Mountain West conference then starting in game two his rookie year... not bad at all. Also, the defense came alive with pressure on the qb and good run defense in the second half. I am very pleased. I don't understand all the harsh comments in this thread for Allen. Give him a break.

I agree with you. This organization needs to stop giving head coaches two or three years and then move on to the next one. McDermott and Beane should both be given 5 years for sure. Let's let them work their process and see what they can do.

The bills need to sign a third qb that is a veteran and let him learn the system for a few weeks. Promote him to 2nd string and put Peterman on the practice squad, if that is possible, to use him as the emergency qb.

Vic Carucci reported that the NFL will determine if any action should be taken regarding the termination of Russia Brandon. What action could the NFL take against the Bills? They handled the the situation themselves. This has the feeling of an NCAA ingestion. Do you believe any action by the NFL against the Bills is justifiable?
