  1. That is an interesting option. That is a real alternative to risking several years of your franchise if you make that tragic mistake. It's worth more than 2 cents.
  2. That is a good point. The only thing is it is much more difficult to find a quality quarterback than it is a quality running back.
  3. That is true. That is what makes this such a stressful season in 2020. Do we have a 5th year option with Allen?
  4. If I had Pegula's money, maybe. I am not objective. I really want Allen to succeed.
  5. Do you think that some of the drops are due to the velocity of his passes? Maybe he needs to develop a softer touch on short to medium route in certain situations.
  6. That is a tough question. I hate to give up on him. For me it depends on if he has showing improvement on other areas of his game. IE: decision making, long through accuracy, and eliminating the panic plays where is turns the ball over when trying to do too much.
  7. Some people are still questioning whether josh is our qb of the future. They think that this year is the make it or break it season.
  8. I am a Josh Allen fan. I believe that he has the physical gifts to be a generational quarterback. I also am aware of his weaknesses. Now that Josh has one of the best trio starting wide receivers in the league, what does he have to do to show that he is the Bills franchise quarterback?
  9. Thanks DJB. This took a great deal of time and effort on your part. Let's hope all the work Josh is putting in with QB whisperer Jordan Palmer pays off. In an article I read shortly after the Super Bowl, Palmer explained his technique for helping Josh become more accurate in his deep throws. After reading that article, I was optimistic that Josh will be more successful going down field in 2020. If Josh can improve this part of his game, I believe it will open up throws underneath as well. (below is a link to one of the articles from Jordan Palmer on Allen.) https://billswire.usatoday.com/2020/02/27/buffalo-bills-josh-allem-ahead-schedule-jordan-palmer/
  10. I wouldn't mind if a stud left tackle was available. Move Dawkins to RT with an elite LT...this line would be awesome!
  11. I liked him coming out of college.
  12. I hope not. As has been written many times, if Babe did not ***** receivers available to him at 22, this is low risk. We get a young, proven elite receiver with a decent contract. He may not fit the profile of a team first player, but I believe McDermott will get Digs to buy into to process. Low risk imho.
  13. I have similar thoughts. Dawkins had a solid year in 2019, but he is not yet elite. He may grow into that status. Time will tell. This upcoming draft will be interesting. I have no idea who they will draft in the second round. Hopefully BPA.
  14. I am a Bills fan since 1962. Not a fair weather fan. Beans and McDermott ate the best combo og GM/coach the Bills have had, maybe ever. With the schedule we are facing, we could digress. Nit giving up ob them.
  15. Of course. Picking a franchise QB is not an exact science. They are a great combo that gets the most out of their team year after year. This is a silly thread.
  16. BB has proven that he can get the most out of any quarterback that he has had. As long as BB is coaching the Pats, they will be difficult to beat.
  17. The same with all three other teams in the AFC East.
  18. True. As long as Belichick is coaching the Pats, they will be a tough team to face. He feels he has something to prove...wining without the GOAT.
  19. Being behind the Pats is understandable. For the odds makers to believe in the Bills we have to prove it. Hopefully, this is the year we do that.
  20. I would go BPA. We don't have many glaring needs to fill.
  21. Do you see the bills going strong to upgrade the backup QB this off season? If so, who would be a good fit?
  22. It's the off season. It's time to think big.
