  1. A starting corner, a rotational edge rusher, a wide receiver that is a serious challenger to make the 53 man roster, and a back up running back.
  2. With quality running back available in the middle rounds of most draft years, why use multiple draft assets on an existing running back. Especially if it is for one year. I don't think we need a "top running back" in this draft. We need a quality back that can play as a backup and push Singletary. Sorry, I don't buy in to spending a lot on running backs. What did McCoy give us after investing heavily in him financially?
  3. I don't eva En want to consider that. That would be depressing.
  4. Statistically, maybe that is true. But I am confident Beane will make the most out of those picks.
  5. The three I was thinking of was Winfield, Gilmore, and Nate Clements. Clements may not hav been an all-pro, but he was good for us and I hated to see him go. I agree. I just don't like the idea of letting Tre get to his last year before negotiating. But I may be just a little impatient. Thank you. Those are the three I was thinking of. Not sure if Clements was an all-pro.
  6. We need to lock up Tre. I am tired of seeing All pro corners start their careers with the Bills and spend the remainder of their career with another team. Sign him now!
  7. Points first, then yards allowed. Turnovers are nice, but you frequently see a highly rated defense that relies heavily on turnovers to cover other weaknesses and the following year when the turnovers are not as frequent, that defense ratings drops significantly.
  8. Thank you. This was AWESOME to watch!!!
  9. To your first point, it's sad but you are probably right. To your second point, he looks like the cover of MAD magazine. Might happen can be applied to just about anything.
  10. HI: Your take is a bit inaccurate. This article is just saying that they have contingencies. I live in Las Vegas. They continue to work on the stadium through this quarantine period. if an outbreak of Covid 19 is discovered among the construction workers, then the work site could be shut down. As of now, the stadium is still on track, This link shows a PFF article that talks about contingencies but states that it is expected to be completed on time. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/04/13/raiders-line-up-contingencies-but-hope-stadium-opens-on-time/ Let's pump the breaks here.
  11. It's too early to tell. He was drafted with the understanding that he was a raw talent. He has only two years of NFL experience. He showed significant improvement in year two. It is absurd to expect him to be a finished product in two years. It may take four or five years to see his full potential. Some quarterbacks have taken longer to blossom. No one can truly answer your question at this point in Allen's career.
  12. Was it that Woods didn't want to be in Buffalo or did we not use him correctly? I really don't know the answer to that.
  13. And he is trying to prove that it was a mistake to release him???? I don't do this often, but I agree with Whaley's decision on this one. Wow!
  14. I think the haters are in the minority. We have a few "internet Rambos" that like to positon themselves as NFL experts that know more than anyone else. Most of us realize that Josh was a developmental pick and it is enjoyable to see him show progress each year. Only time will tell, but he has brought an excitement and energy to the team we have not seen in a long time. There will always be hand wringers and naysayers. We can't let them spoil our fun. Go Josh! Go Bills!!
  15. I wouldn't be surprised. This kind of article is the result of sports writers not having anything to report. Fake news?
  16. BPA is the best approach. You are correct in stating that we go play needs in the later rounds. My wish is to get a db or ol in the early rounds if it falls that way.
  17. This reaction seems a bit contrived. Just because he liked a comment from a fan doesn't mean his is disrespecting Diggs. That is a bit of a stretch.
  18. That was my thinking. If Cam had no opportunity to compete for a staring position, the Bills would be a logical option Fir him to serve as a backup.
  19. Agreed. Like Beans said, dogs is our first found draft pick. All in on this trade. Supposedly, the retraints are coming off this year. I would love to see what Josh will do in a wide open offense.
  20. Let's hope the work Allen is doing on his long ball throws pays off. He certainly has he weapons.
  21. I was sorry to see him go the first time. This is great news!
