excuses? opinion or otherwise, they had a weak HC and a team that was not disciplined and free to do as they pleased. they chose to get drunk and roam until all hours of the night. not a very good recipe when facing the biggest game of their careers. I guess some just can't face that and would rather blame it on being "out coached".

so being lenient is treating men like men? they deserved to lose and it fell on the HC and his inability to set standards. but hey, he treated them like men so in the end it was more about that then winning the big dance...smh

I tend to disagree. drinking and having a lenient HC that did not set a curfew led to them losing the big game(s). instead of doing as they had all season, basically dominating, they failed in the big dance 4 straight times. yes, one could say they were out coached since in the case of the giants game where bill and billy had two weeks to prepare for the k-gun the bills partied like it was 1999. had they been more focused they may of not lost and come out with at least one or two sb victories.

they're not going to sign him to a big deal with his injury history, it seems pretty cut and dry. he's no longer in a bills uni, he plays for the rams now, time to move on.

they're still a dime a dozen. he's not elite, average to above average in the right circumstances. I agree with what was posted earlier about misusing him. still, JAG.

even if he had a stellar year, beat the patsies twice, won the division only to lose the afc championship game, I don't think he is in their long term plans?

that and they aren't playing the pats or chiefs. before they can become the best, they have to beat the best. not saying they are or aren't? even for as many that see them only as a 4-5 win team, they or I have no real clue yet? that's why they play the game. they'll just insert jimmy and win football games? although they may not either with the defense that was on the field last night that gave up 42 points?
