I agree. as much as some felt the wr positions traded away hurt, which it did, I think not waiting until the off season to trade #99 hurt the defense in a big way. yeah, as much as they wanted to blow smoke with the "win now" crap, I'm believing they had to of known gutting the team the way they did was not going to have a favorable outcome?

one would be more then I would give them. I'm leaning more toward losing out.

oh, I don't. that plays a big factor as well. more then 75% of the roster needs replaced with talent and that wont happen in one off season, or even two. if they were somehow able to hit in the draft and fa, they might begin to look like a contender in three years? that's a big if.

who was trying to get around it? seems if one were to use acronyms then I could see a problem but it looks as though it's filtered to show characters in place of letters leaving those not knowing what swear word was used? are we in a bubble here?

did it really get that much better? I mean, that's digging really deep to try and find any consolation in that game. I wasn't sure they were going to put taylor back in and then when they did I thought no way it can get any worse (which this play does not equal worse than the kid but it sure as hell didn't look any better at the time) then this play happened and it was then, I shut the damn game off.

my hopes went down the drain for this season. they pulled me in again and let the fans down. it has been a good lesson, yet another hard one for me. until I see 75% of the roster upgraded, including the man under center, I will hold off any and all hope going forward. could be a long wait...

I'm jaded. I held on to false hope longer than I should have, even going in to last week. my hopes for this season are toast and frankly I think they could lose out with the roster this team is fielding.

the last three weeks have been an epic disaster and I see no light at the end of the tunnel.

what's the do you want "win now" vs "win in the future"? they wont be winning now and unless they manage to fill about 75% of the roster with some talent, mainly the QB, they wont be winning in the future either.
