I hate the San Diego Zoo... walk all day in between exhibits to see some sleeping animal. Saying that, I was at the Buffalo Zoo two weeks ago - not a place I'd recommend without children under 10, and not if I only have one day in the area.
Definitely hit Niagara Falls. You will be glad you did. If you spend all day up there Maid of the Mist, the Cave of Winds, and a walk down goat island for the rapids.
If you are artsy, Buffalo has a decent amount of art museums, is known for its architecture (take a preservationist tour!), some time at the canalside/waterfront (it is lovely and you can go to the naval park), the Olmstead Park system is beautiful, if you like flowers the botanical garden is lovely, if you just want to drink hit riverworks while people watching, if you are a firefighter the E. M. Cotter is the oldest fire boat in the world, there is a museum for everything from manuscripts to disabilities to Pierce Arrow cars...
What do you like to do? It can help narrow things down.
To be honest I like a lot of things and just want to take in as much as I can. While I hope I will be able to come back for longer in the future you never know so wanna make the most of it

You're there for a week. Why not drive to BFLo from NYC?
NYS is one of the most beautiful and geographically spledid states.
6 days in NYC is a waste. I rather spend one there at the game and the other days in the rest of the state.
Flying in for one day will be tough. Tight. So much to do.
Its my mates birthday and he has organised the full thing. My only two demands was the visit to buffalo and to be at the opener

Hi ,
I am a UK born buffalo fan. I am travelling over to New York City for a week ( my first trip to USA ) at the beginning of September and have managed to get tickets for the season opener against New York Jets
I have just managed to convince my friend I am going with to fly to buffalo for a day trip on the Friday before the game. I am deffo gonna organise a stadium tour but is there anything else people would recommend doing while we are there ??
Cheers

Who is everyone?
Just reading through this thread and other twitter comments .a lot of people are calling him camp fodder and ps guy at best

Why is everyone so sure that Fisher is gonna beat out sweeney for that 4th blocking TE spot??

Think David sills has a great chance at making the 53 . Jones , Beasley , foster , brown , Roberts and sills

UK fan so had no emotional attachment to any team. When I started watching NFL 5 years ago, a friends dad who has been watching NFL 30 years , suggested the bills. This is due to the hard working blue collar nature of buffalo in comparasion to my own town Burnley.
Needless to say I’m now hooked and try my best to engross myself in everything Buffalo Bills where possible

Then draft a late round pick on a RB who can develop.
Duke/gore/rookie
having both McCoy and duke is a bit too much money in the RB

See I have ivory getting cut anyway with the gore signing
-
Would be all over these deal but we would have to trade McCoy out

By complimentary I hope you mean taller. All of the signed WRs in FA are under 6 foot. The kick returner is tallest and heaviest!
Player Ht Wt Age Y College Andre Roberts 5'11" 195 31 9 The Citadel Josh Brown 5'10" 179 28 8 Pittsburg State University Cole Beasley 5'8" 180 29 7 Southern Methodist University Zay Jones 6'2" 200 23 2 East Carolina Isaiah McKenzie 5'8" 173 23 2 Georgia Robert Foster 6'2" 196 24 1 Alabama Ray-Ray McCloud III 5'9" 190 22 1 Clemson Cam Phillips 6'1" 201 23 1 Virginia Tech Da'Mari Scott 6'1" 205 23 R Fresno State Duke Williams 6'3" 225 25 R Auburn
Exactly , a bigger bodied red zone threat

Nah , I’m thinking round 3. Get a complementary WR what is slightly different to our current lot
-
I’m still expecting a WR in the draft. What will knock Isaiah out of our 53

Not directly bills related but we could be seeing TT sooner than we thought ..
#Dolphins could move on from Ryan Tannehill and target free agent Tyrod Taylor as a stopgap for 2019 (PFT).
Having trouble attaching the photo , but this rumour is going round

Any thoughts about current vs alumni?
For example alumni like Jim Kelly, Bruce Smith.
Kyle Williams will retire soon but is a solid timeless bill.
Ive learned not to buy Jerseys of up and comers to early. Stevie Johnson Ej Manuel
While I can read stats , reports And watch highlights. I don’t have the same emotional attachments to legend players who I never saw play .
I also don’t have any familiar connection who can tell me great stories like I have with my English football team.
Therefore I would like to have someone’s who I have seen play and experienced. Williams’s is a good example as I’ve seen the tail end of his career.Or a young player
