We will never win anything with McD here
Dr.Sack replied to HomeskillitMoorman's topic in The Stadium Wall
McDermott played not to lose, unfortunately Allen played to win, when boring McD ball was required. How can the QB be so off script from the coach? -
There were some positives this game
Dr.Sack replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
I thought the defense played a great game. Certainly the TD given up was not on Tre. The short fields made things tougher. Kudos to the guys for forcing a FG towards the end to give Allen and the offense a chance to make amends. Kincaid was good. Cook was good. Diggs was him. Torrence was fine. Knox played alright. Allen was the opposite of him. -
Considering his age (27), and the fact Allen is in the supposed prime of his career this has to be the worst game. Allen’s lack of composure and situational awareness was evident tonight, and it cost us the game. Don’t take my words on it, take Allen’s. He said he cost us the game. He certainly did. It was snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
-
It certainly cost us. That was the Breece Hall 80 yard run. Watch the replay.

Beane’s failures on full display
Dr.Sack replied to Shanahan's Horseshoe's topic in The Stadium Wall
To be fair Beane did not execute the 2017 draft. White & Milano are not on Beane. Beane did manage to trade Teller for late round draft capital. -
Josh Allen since the KC win last season….22 TD’s and 16 INT’s.

But how many fumbles? -
Bernard needs to tap his DTs ass (Oliver) and shift the DLine left when he sees an overloaded 3 TE front. The DL did not shift and got overlveraged to the left and got caught. Bernard was even looking back at Hyde communicating the overload. Bernard needs to tap ass and shift. Time to be a leader fast.

Benford made a hell of a play to save a TD and make the tackle, ultimately leading to a FG. Garret Wilson even got caught celebrating early and grabbed Benfords jersey late. Could have been called a hold if we were wearing Green.
-
He wasn’t focused whatsoever up 7 within yards of FG range to go up 10.
-
All we had to do was play boring and get around 5 yards and kick a FG to go up 16-6. It was reminiscent of Brady’s last Super Bowl win with the Patriots 13-3 over the Rams. Literally all Allen needed to do was stay on script and play boring Brady ball. Serious question. Does Allen have ADHD? Can he not win a boring game?
-
He has ADHD or PTSD. He doesn’t look comfortable in the pocket whatsoever. He’s seeing ghosts. No longer cool and calm from the pocket.
-
He played a good game imho. We had a chance to up 10 at the Jets 38 in the 3rd qtr, then Allen turned into T.O.
-
Dude had the ball 1st and 10 at the Jets 38 with 5 minutes to go in the 3rd Qtr up 13-6.
-
This game is mostly on bored Josh. Did he puke out his ADHD meds?
-
I love the kid, but he’s bored against boring teams.
-
Allen might have ADHD? Dude got bored up 13-6. He was at the 38 with a chance to get a few more yards and go up 16-6. You can’t throw those picks. Risk aversion is key.
-
Allen needs to read the defense faster and get the ball out. These 2 deep shells means a ton of open outlets. Allen was efficient early then got bored. Boring wins games!
-
Start the Diggs hates Buffalo stories again.
Dr.Sack replied to Bubba Gump's topic in The Stadium Wall
Diggs is a great player. Allen is a good player. If Allen plays boring like Brady we got up 16-6 instead of throwing a pick late in the 3rd quarter. -
What I saw tonight was a team that lacks a QB capable of taking what the defense gives him. Allen refuses to take the cheese often enough for us to win easily. Every game is an adventure for captain hero ball. We need less turnovers and more efficient boring Captain Checkdown.
-
The problem is Kincaid deserves a pocket passer, and Allen does not read defenses fast enough and distributes the ball efficiently. Allen got greedy and turned a boring win into a meltdown. No hero hall can overcome 4 TOs.
-
There were tons of short dump offs to be had vs Bengals and Jets. Allen did it 75% of the time tonight. If he hit every check we would have been up at least 16-6 late in the 3rd instead of 13-6.
-
Considering he is 27 at the supposed height of his powers. The Jets defense mandates a conservative approach. This sequence considering the down and distance was inexcusable. 1st & 10 at NYJ 38 (5:00 - 3rd) (Shotgun) J.Allen sacked at NYJ 41 for -3 yards (Q.Jefferson). 2nd & 13 at NYJ 41 (4:08 - 3rd) (Shotgun) J.Allen pass deep middle intended for S.Diggs INTERCEPTED by J.Whitehead [Q.Williams] at NYJ -1. Touchback. He’s sucked 2 games in a row. The Cincy game 10 points, tonight 16 points. Great job.
-
Allen looking skittish, like he did vs Steelers.
-
Don’t we have a T who started for a Super Bowl winning team.
