  1. Frazier is 63. You don’t start a rebuild with a guy who is that old. He’s got 5 years before he cash in on social security, no?
  2. I like white uniforms in snow.
  3. Tre is 28. Chances are he has 2-3 top end seasons left. His fluidity in and out of breaks was comprised. If he can get back to 2020 we have a chance to win in the playoffs.
  4. Yes please. Benford's RAS score was near perfect for safety, and we saw how good his athleticism looked at CB. Benford could be nice in the Poyer role in 2023. I would like the Bills to make a major youth movement at certain positions it will need to happen and happen fast. Hyde has one more year, but if I'm the Bills I'm finding another small school diamond who can be this years Benford, and pair them come 2024. PS - I'm writing this assuming Hamlin is not given medical clearance to return or decides to retire. We don't know the long-term prognosis on Hamlin returning to the field for 2023, or beyond. I do love Hamlin and his fearlessness when attmpting a tackle.
  5. The line will need to be rebuilt with an emphasis on building around the Dawkins, Morse, Bates nucleus - which is not really an indication of their quality, but overall just how bad Saffold and Brown were in 2022. Saffold is old and was a one year rentals. Brown is more interesting. I thought he had a nice rookie season. He had back offseason back surgery and was not 100% - if he was then cut him. Brown cannot generate power from his base. He's really good at falling over himself and tripping. If Brown is serious about being a 6'8'' mauler, he will spend this offseason doing yoga, plyometrics, and building his lower body strength. Bates is meh. Morse is a 30 year old meh. Dawkins was horrible at times, and great at others. More consistency is needed. Perhaps the Bills offensive identity in 2023, should be trying to run the ball on specific early game drives to allow the OL to maul the smaller fronts teams deploy to stop our pass. Certainly need to find 2 starters (LG and RT), which can be found via the draft and FA.
  6. I'm fine with this, so long as they watch scary movies this offseason and learn not to coach scared. NO more F UPs.
  7. Miami will definitely get Brady if they want him. Tyreek and Waddle will light the world on fire. The problem is Brady is 99 years old and last we saw him on the field was getting his WRs destroyed. I will admit the prospect of the aftermentioned trio is scary, but as the season wears on and injuries take their toll, I do not see all 3 of those guys surviving a season. NYJ: Whether its Rodgers or Carr or Joe Flacco the Jets are known for one thing, sucking on offense. Breece Hall was dynamic but will come back a fraction of his former self. Every year is different and no doubt the Jets will be drafing middle Round 1 purgatory. NE: Mac Jones is dynamically mediocre and no matter who is calling the plays New England's best offense is their defense and special teams. Thankfully for Mac Jones he won't play much after week 6. I could see the Patriots trying to sell another 6th round pick to their fanbase. Brady was a once in a lifetime late round star. Buffalo. Josh Allen will spend an offseason watching film, drinking Coors Light, and wondering what might have been if he consistently checked the ball down, or audibled into runs. Throwing 10,000 passes to RBs and WRs in the flat would do wonders to the efficiency of drives and preservation of his body. The last evolution in Allen's game will happen above his shoulders as he learns to augment the limits to his superpowers.
  8. Any idea what having 3 OL who grade out in the 80s could do for the 2 lower graded OL? In other words LT 85, LG 60, C 85, RG 60, RT 85. Just so long as the LG & RG could hold up, could their C help make them a bit stouter, or could pulling T's make a double that much more effective. To me the OL cannot have two weak links connected. The LT, RT & C are the most important spots. You can get just average 70s production from competent drafting of college OL.
  9. When a team plays base Nickel you have to pound them into submission. We ran zero heavy personnel with 6 OL vs Bengals. We could have really turned the game into a slug fest instead we decided to play long ball and got nowhere fast. Spotting any team in the NFL 14 is a recipe for disaster.
  10. Allen is super mobile in the pocket. He was compromised a bit unable to make his usual Super Mario cuts.
  11. With all white the bengals blended into the snow.
  12. Anytime Edmunds is shallow we are wasting his tremendous size advantage.
  13. Justin Jefferson’s don’t often fall to pick 27.
  14. How many teams would be willing to trade us their WR 1 and 2nd round pick in exchange for pick 27 and our 3rd?
  15. Dorsey is 42. We have Sean McVay becoming a HC at age 30 and winning a SB by age 36. Is Dorsey capable of catching up to these younger whipper snappers?
  16. Imagine if Allen had a OC for a head coach and 4 Pro Bowl caliber WRs and TE.
  17. I voted yes. But I’m assuming that Beane can find his mojo and draft AllPro level players. The 2019 to 2022 have yielded zero Pro Bowlers or All Pro’s. You can’t F up 5 years worth of draft and not find difference makers. If you do the roster ages out.
  18. I put the the reason for optimism entirely on Dorsey year 2, Coach McD dialing it all in, and Josh Allen making a massive improvement in his game above his shoulders this offseason. Bills Home Opponents 2023 New England Patriots W Miami Dolphins W New York Jets W Las Vegas Raiders W Denver Broncos W New York Giants W Dallas Cowboys W Jacksonville Jaguars W Tampa Bay Buccaneers W Bills Away Opponents 2023 New England Patriots W Miami Dolphins W New York Jets L Kansas City Chiefs W Los Angeles Chargers W Washington Commanders W Philadelphia Eagles L Cincinnati Bengals L Home 9-0 (London, Detroit wherever) Away 5-3 I see the Jets as our #1 competitor in the AFCE. I see us splitting the home and away. The Jets 2023 season rests on their chances to acquire a QB. I do not see them overcoming the Bills with anyone outside of Lamar Jackson who the Ravens are highly unlikely to trade. Miami has a MVP caliber part-time QB when healthy. I assume the NFL will make us play another early road game in the heat to make things extra hard and add to the intrigue. New England is lost with Mac Jones. Belichick will not abandon his golden boy. KC will soon realize Kelce at 34 is not the same player he was in 2018. The Bengals game will be personal and I see the Bills falling short but in more competitive fashion.
  19. Epenesa was 20 lbs bigger in college. The Bills make their DEs all have 32” waists. It doesn’t work. Sometimes in games weight helps create the push, E = MC2. So by having less mass the Bills are unable to bulrush and instead on slippery conditions get pushed back. Our Edges aren’t all bendable Miller types, they are bullrushers. Let them eat.
  20. Frazier had a senior moment. Perhaps im a nice guy but I don’t believe the guy is as incompetent as yesterdays game showed.
  21. Don’t worry boys. The 49ers or Eagles will manhandle that line and they will be halfway to our 1990-93 Bills haha. Remember that and troll the ever living crap out of them when they inevitably lose. Arrogance has a nasty way of blinding you from reality.
