  1. Allen not happy with the grounding call. I thought the refs did what they could to limit our points there, but McD should not have punted with the clock running.
  2. The offense just wasn’t that good, with 2 critical turnovers. Can’t expect to win scoring 18 points in 2023. Can have a chance at winning if you give up 24.
  3. Can we do something on offense? Let’s go!
  4. The Bills only have to beat the Bengals. We have to endure Collingsworth.
  5. They look soft at the LOS on both of sides of the ball vs Bengals. Injuries factored in they should look stronger today. If not, that is on the players and coaches.
  6. I believe the amount of games we play were the opposing team has a rest advantage is significant. The Cincy game is one of the few games where we have an advantage
  7. I’m curious the average drive length of scoring drives being facilitated by their defense / special teams creating turnovers or returns.
  8. Since Burrowhead is no longer after tomorrow night PAYCOR/The Jungle/Paul Brown Stadium will be known as ___________?
  9. It depends what the NFL’s narrative is. Do they want the Bills to lose? If so the Bills will lose.
  10. Would you say Benford is on the ascension having mostly shut down Mile Evans? Also newly acquired CB Rasul Douglas is a true X-factor. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him mixed in to goalline packages.
  11. This is reason why I’m optimistic while we have injuries at all 3 levels the remaining are better than what Burrow saw in AFCD.
  12. It will be a different game. I suspect similar to the Fins game McD will have his best plan. For starters the rush game. I think MCDermott wants to not give up 172 yards on the ground. I expect Mixon will get roughed up. He came into the week with a chest injury I expect the Bills will be extremely violent along the line of scrimmage similar to how they played Tennessee last year. After making the Bengals one dimensional McDermott will go into his Rolodex of pressures from everywhere. Burrow is tough, but he isn’t elusive as an Mahomes, as evidenced by his career 7.3% sack rate on drop backs. Taking away Burrows primary read (Chase) look at the stats Chase has nearly 1/2 the targets / receiving yards, will be the Bengals downfall.
  13. Rewatching the playoff game last night and saw a lot of Joe Burrow climbing the pocket. Our edge rushers simply over pursued upfield leaving huge gaps for Burrow to climb the pocket and deliver accurate 2nd window throws to Chase, Hurst, Higgins. My guess is McDermott will have a plan in place to rush tighter or collapse the interior pocket, either through running stunts, or sending delayed pressure from Bernard, Johnson, or Poyer.
  14. I can live with being beat, I can’t live with being rolled off the field. The Bills must bring physicality and a kick ass take names mindset to the turf at Paycor stadium Sunday night.
  15. Our front 4 is better as collective than any front you have faced. While there is no singular dominator our pass rush can come from any one on the edge or interior. I expect McDermott will also play small ball and move Poyer into the box to bring more exotic looks for Burrown and send blitzers to make Burrow get the ball out. I consider the unpredictability of our defense and where pressure will come from as a major X-factor.
  16. McDaniels should have turned to his OG savior Tim Tebow
  17. I think big guys on the front line add an extra dimension to the front line. As the weather takes a turn for the worse beef is needed.
