McDermott will need to change his decision making.

Tyrod is 8-6 as the starter. Peterman is 0-1. I prefer drafting a QB rather than putting all my faith in a 5th rounder.

Listening to his post game presser and watching many games this season I had to posit where does his decision making come from? In other words does he make decisions based upon facts-data or a belief system that is rooted in conviction coming from religious belief? Sean McDermott is a devout Christian. I’ve listened to many interviews where he is outward in professing Christian faith. I’m curious, today on 4th & 1 down 7 in the 4th quarter did McDermott make a decision with confidence knowing he has a better statistical probability to win the game going for it as opposed to attempting a 50 yard field goal? It appears that McDermott is making decisions based on ‘conviction’ as opposed to scientific ‘data’. In the modern NFL game we see leading franchises make decisions based on scientific analytical data such as a win probability calculations. Perhaps McDermott can learn to put his faith in game theory and data moving forward. Looking forward past this season does McDermott want his franchise QB to be a Christian? Is that a prerequisite? Nathan Peterman seems to fit this mold. He grew up outside of Jacksonville home of Tim Tebow, and has outwardly professed his Christian faith. I have nothing against faith, but is faith blinding McDermott from making the right decisions to guide this team?

I get this logic. That’s why I’m taking a couple of 15s early and sending a few scubs in late to punish Brady. F it!

Jones has shown an inability to catch 50/50 balls, meaning he’s not likely going to be a stud. Still doesn’t render him a Bust. See Robert Woods, Peerless Price. That’s what you’re hoping Zay can become.

What play did he get hurt on?

My big thing is watching competent offense guru Sean McVay at just 31 years old turn a concerning rookie QB into a decent mid tiered starter by surrounding him with Bills WRs Woods, Watkins, & an imaginative 21st century scheme.

Our best hope is Suh cripples Brady or he snaps that sore Achilles.

Tennessee is going to fall apart and very likely only finish 9-7. We need to get 9 and things get interesting.

Assuming Peterman fails the last 4 weeks, we definitely draft a QB round 1.

I get your point. The 9ers have arguably the best QBs ever. Try a team like Pittsburgh, Bears, Lions, Browns, and you see long stretches of mediocrity under center.

Kelly, Ferguson, Fitzpatrick, Taylor, Bledsoe. I can’t put Kemp on this list because he was a sub .500 completion passer in an era where many passers were above .500 and the fact he was a Terry Bradshaw like beneficiary of being on good teams. Kemp is an admirable leader, but his skills as a passer rank way below the 5 on this list.

Woods, Goodwin, Hogan, Watkins are all outperforming our WRs.

Sam Darnold sucks.

If players rather care about a $250k next game check I don’t blame them. Kyle Williams isn’t playing for free. If you level Gronk and get suspended you don’t get paid. Not worth it. But you can legally-illegally hit the hell out of someone (Brady) on the next play.

But McDermott is a better coach. He claps better, prepares better, and says the right words better. Overall the process is better with McDermott. Trust in the process better .

Remember it was Tre White who said he wasn’t here for the streak and it doesn’t matter to him.
