    I haven’t heard much about the draft but my impression is you can bring in Jackson & groom him for 1 season. About the only NFL ready QB is Rosen & even Darnold will need time to develop.

    It sounds like Incognito is suffering more from a mental health issue than a physical bodily health complication. If he wants to come out of retirement and is on the right meds than by all means the guy should be a Bill or we should trade him for whatever pick we can get.

    The SCOTUS overturns about 70% of all US circuit cases so the 9th is hardly an outlier. The Supreme Court hears 150 of 8,000 cases it’s asked to listen to per year. I highly doubt that Kaepernick’s case no matter the outcome will reach the SCOTUS.
