  1. At least Allen’s handicap is down to 8 or 9.
  2. Allen gotta get out of his head. He’s his own worst enemy right now.
  3. Think of Kincaid as a WR. Think of Keon as a TE. Wtf?!?!?
  4. Bills have weakest SOV in NFL, no?
  5. I’m watching the Bengals up 17-14 on Baltimore. Great game.
  6. Didn’t Von basically play on 1 leg, why couldn’t they have done this in 2023?
  7. We should start Mitch at QB and elevate the entire PS
  8. If I’m Beane I’m inquiring on Maxx Crosby too.
  9. Games lost to injury is probably what it’s always been.
  10. Kicker. Bass is on a fast decline. Getting worse from distance with every year his leg ages. Most kickers make it 4 years in the NFL. Bass is in year 5, and is not as good as he was year 1. Justin Tucker is in decline, but he’s almost 35 years old and started out with a much stronger leg than Bass. Let’s take out FGs under 40 yards, because an NFL kicker should make these in their sleep. Bass career 40+ Reg 41/55 = 74.5% Playoffs 5/9 = 55.9% Total 40+ 46/64 = 71.9% Butker (KC) Reg 79/99 = 79.7% Playoffs 13/16 = 81.3% Total 40+ 92/115 = 80.0% McPherson (CIN) Reg 49/64 = 76.6% Playoffs 5/5 = 100% Total 40+ 54/69 = 78.3% Tucker (BAL) Reg 175/218 = 80.3% Playoffs 8/12 = 66.7% Total 40+ 183/230 = 79.6% In a league of 1-score games teams can’t afford a kicker who is -8% worse than top competition. Bass cost us 1 playoff game. And the chances are he will cost us a game or two every season at his rate of success.
  11. Miami just gifted a 50/50 call. Its weird.
  12. Joe Brady is cooking up another doozy for the next prime time game.
  13. Fins vs Titans is an ugly game. Miami PR just made the dumbest play.
  14. I don’t want to see Tua come back week 7 at Indy. That turf in Indy has always looked pretty hard to me. Better to bring him back week 8 home vs Arizona.
  15. Also Derrick Henry is 30, with over 2,000 career carries. We’ve seen many guys hit him and end up injured. But we have also seen Henry get hurt on rare occasions. To think Henry can survive 13 more games as the bell cow back is a gamble the Ravens are banking on. It’s more probable than not that Henry goes down and doesn’t it make through the regular season.
  16. Just rewatched the game and realized Joe Brady’s wildcat trick play might have worked if Allen was a 5’10” QB.
  17. Yes. Thank god the Bills play in the worst division in football. The Jets are a dumpster fire on offense, but it’s possible McDermott plays with 5 in the box to allow Breece Hall to feel like Henry for 2 games this season.
  18. Williams made some plays. If only Babich and McDermott played with 3 Dorian’s instead of Dorian plus Spector, and a small Nickel.
  19. It’s never a good thing when the best play your offense makes is because A: your QB has a cannon, B: the play is a backyard scramble drill and was thought up on the fly. Great play extension by Allen and communication to Shakir to keep going. The ball is always in play.
  20. Football is all about taking away the other teams best weapons. Spagnola architect of the 2007 and 2011 Giants Super Bowl winning defenses that stopped Tom Brady knows how to take away the other teams best player and to make an offense one-dimensional. Week 1 he shut down Henry 13 carries 46 yards. Babich & McDermott should study Spagnola
  21. Is this what happens when you get destroyed to the tune of 265 to 75 on the ground?
  22. No doubt the Bills lack a Steve Spagnola mind to run a competent gameplan. Clearly the first thing with the Ravens is not being bulldozed out the stadium. McDermott’s insistence on not getting beat over the top meant the Ravens would simply road grade through our 6 man front on play 1. After that continued soft shell defense and the yards piled up to the tune of 260 yards given up the ground. A pathetic showing from a prideful franchise on a national stage.
  23. Playing small ball Nickel defense against a team with 2 TEs, Ricard & Henry is not a good idea.
  24. 44 games came crashing to an end tonight. Clearly if the Bills don’t fix their run defense and rush offense they will face a 2nd week in a row of being blown out.
  25. Both sides of the ball got owned by a hungrier feistier Ravens team. 260 yards rushing against? 75 yards for? This game was won and lost at the line of scrimmage.
