  1. Tre was widely considered a top 3 player on our roster. KC top 3 includes Hill Kelce and Mahomes. Take away 1 of those guys and they would struggle.
  2. We can make moves to free up $ from releasing players who have aged out, and replacing with younger guys. Keep looking for offensive weapons & defensive playmakers in the draft like CB, Edge, TE, WR. We can find serviceable depth at OL, DL, LB. At the same time we need to find a new OC in the likelihood Daboll lands a HC job. Promoting Dorsey seems logical provided Schoen doesn’t poach him.
  3. Mahomes might run a 4.8. He’s also not very shifty when he gets that big belly moving. What would concern me is he’d identify the coverage and likely have a wall of blockers in his OL to road grade Rousseau and take on the next line of defenders IE Milano, Edmunds, Neal, Johnson. I figure he picks up anywhere from 15 yards and likely slides while calling a TO. No doubt that play wouldn’t have left as much time on the clock as Mahomes would have surveyed then decided to run. The hesitation. Factor even if 1-1.5 seconds would have been our huge advantage. It’s a forever what-if scenario that will live on for many years. I’ve advocated since Sunday night we should have went for 2. Does Allen & Co convert? What play would we have run? A gadget play or simply get Allen on the move and smash forward for 2 yards?
  4. Frazier is a good coach. If we lose him there is a learning curve for the new guy, unless he has prior DC experience and is respected and trusted by the players. The Bills shouldn’t be throwing anyone under the bus. Especially Frazier the dude who just got a #1 ranked D from a team that lost its best corner with 5 games to go.
  5. Deandre Smith a 2019 1st round pick of the Giants was cut due to armed robbery threats and made it over to the Chiefs that same year. Are you saying we need to roll the dice on suspect players? Do we have someone in our FO who does after guys facing felony charges? Better yet we should just go for 2 and make it a 4 point game. Even if we fail converting we go into that final 13 seconds knowing we lose if we give up 35 yards.
  6. Obviously and we didn’t factor in 17 game seasons, possible injuries, etc. Assume the tail end of his career resembles 2018 / 2019 numbers. He has the talent to play beyond this age, but will need a complimentary dominant running game to alleviate the abuse he dishes out and takes in return.
  7. The Bills coaching staff didn’t have a 13 second strategy. And didn’t go for the 2 point conversion kill shot to make it a 4 point game. Allen could have converted it.
  8. In just 4 seasons he’s well on his way. Assume a 12 year career 2018-2029 and multiply his #s by 3. 117 wins 63 losses. 42,342 yards 309 TDs, 138 picks 6,975 rushing 93 rushing touchdowns. Playoffs would be 12-12 5,154 yards 42 TDs, 3 picks 1,113 yards rushing, 3 rushing TDs Those are unique HOF caliber #s. Even if Allen retires at 33 and puts up 0 titles that’s a HOF career. Reality says those rushing totals aren’t sustainable & the passing #s should explode while the rushing becomes more necessity like when Mahomes runs.
  9. Resign everyone willing to play on a fair deal that allows the team to reload and go chase the #1 seed and a title.
  10. Obviously they need a guy who can create constant pass rush pressure that requires a double team.
  11. Would have liked Rousseau to play with his eyes on that sidearm pass. No doubt the defense let us down. Just a question of having lost our true lockdown CB 1. We just didn’t have White against a team you need elite CB speed and ability. I’d draft CB & find a playmaker for Allen Rd 2.
  12. You want him to retire after 6 seasons? Or do you want someone who loves playing football for a decade plus?
  13. Edmunds and Frazier haters seem to have settled in on their scapegoat. What I’d like is continuity, and finding more dynamic playmakers on offense and defense. This team is close just need a few more gamer breakers.
  14. Playing a Cover 2 defense forces your LBs to play gap responsibility. The biggest play IMHO (Hill TD catch and run) was Levi Wallace missing the tackle. Ultimately Hill and Kelce weee 18/22 when targeted. Edmunds was playing good zone and forcing right window throws. We were one Rousseau side arm pass away from a tip or bat. It’s a game we could sit back and roast anyone but given the scheme and design we had chances just couldn’t finish off Mahomes in the pocket enough times.
  15. He coached a good game. Unfortunately we came up 1 play short.
  16. Edmunds played a good game. You want Ray Lewis Brian Urlanchee I get it. What I’m saying is his play is not the reason the Bills lost. There weren’t many plays to be had given the scheme. He cleaned up every tackle don’t believe he missed a tackle.
  17. Go for 2 at the end makes it a TD only wins it.
  18. Definitely some strategical breakdowns on defense and strategy that could legitimately be questioned. Sports is the greatest what-if? I’m glad the Bills are relevant again thanks to some good FO decisions. Our coaches tried to cover up the loss of Tre White, but the Chiefs overall speed and execution exploited that loss. Dane Jackson made some plays . In 20022 our team will come back stronger and more playoff tested. The defense and offense will be better. Just keep on getting better and I like our chances for the #1 seed.
  19. Edmunds played a solid game today. He was hitting and tackling. I don’t think anyone objectively can watch that game and come away with saying the Bills lost because of Edmunds play. It’s dog whistle scapegoating to blame this loss on one guy.
  20. An all-time great performance. The league has come a long way since 2001. It’s insane.
  21. This team gave it 100%, I don’t see any regret. They got beat. They will get beaten again. It’s part of the game.
  22. An all time great game. Bills will be back.
