  1. Nick Wright is good at cherry-picking data to create a strawman argument; he fails to mention Allen has played a majority of those games through a UCL injury, while also failing to mention the weather conditions, which have been horrible since GB outside of a few games in the Detroit dome. What Nick is doing? I believe he trying to achieve two things: #1 stirring up drama to get Allen off his game before Cincy, and #2 doing a preemptive attack on Allen in the event we win and Allen will have two road wins against Mahomes and Burrow, a case that would serve to strengthen Allen’s MVP argument. In summary Wright is a sleazy Chiefs fanboy who for some reason is given a nationally syndicated show with no objective ideas outside of “Allen is bad”.
  2. If there is any hope for us it’s that the Bengals have yet to dominate a game wire to wire against a good team, meaning we will be in the game if we bring our B game. If we play our A game we can possibly destroy them.
  3. Josh Norman transitioning to safety?
  4. Don’t blink mentality is real.
  5. The biggest question mark I have is how our pass rush will perform.
  6. Too many teams are being built to “stop” and beat their divisional front runner instead of simply trying to be uniquely dominant and to set a new standard. Case in point the NY Jets and Miami Dolphins, wherein the NYJ have the defense to stop the Bills, but lack the offense, and the Fins who have the offense to score with the Bills, but lack the D to contain the Bills offense. Throw in the ST X-factor and you see how difficult it is to pass a dominant divisional rival. The true mark of contender is having a QB who can win when everything around them breaks down.
  7. Tua needs to be saved from himself. Sadly the playoffs are on the line so his personal health may be neglected and he will magically be cleared in time for a now HUGE road game in New England.
  8. In fact I wager concussions like the one Tua suffered are much more common, and QBs suddenly look off, make errant throws and we wonder why they didn’t read the field properly. It could very well be they are playing concussed.
  9. The best 3 headed duo if you add Allen.
  10. The weather is looking good for MNF in Cincy. Low 50s and 60% chance of rain. I’ll take Josh’s 10.25” hands over Burrow’s 9” hands.
  11. He has a ton of talent and seems tougher than his billing coming out of UGA.
  12. Win vs the Bengals so we don’t have to lament the 3 earlier winnable losses. But while we are at it we are one snap and 1 yard push from this game not really mattering.
  13. Sadly Tyreek will be 29 next year and likely won’t age well due to diminutive stature.
  14. How do we always seem to have to endure a QBs best game? We get zero meltdowns it seems. From Mahomes, Tua & Cousins. I can’t think of us forcing a good QB into a bad game. Hope that changes vs Burrow.
  15. The Bengals prefer to bleed the field and play lockdown handsy D in the redzone. The Bengals entire strategy is to be the more efficient team in the redzone.
  16. AJ is a guy who looked bigger and scarier in college, now he’s down 20 lbs he doesn’t look scary, but at least he’s maxed out his speed and explosiveness to chase down mobile QBs. The ultimate test is how he performs against the Bengals front which is beatable.
  17. Bills will win by 1 point. 28-27 so at least Bengals fans will walk away happy.
  18. The Bills are built to beat any team. The Dolphins are built to beat the Bills.
  19. He will be out of football in 2 years. Dude won’t even make a stop in the CFL on his way out.
  20. To the OP: our odds are dramatically different depending on the results of our next two games. Win, and there’s a very clear path. Lose and play 3 playoff games, likely 2 at Cincy and KC.
  21. Some of these posts man….downright evil.
  22. Bills need to play some playoff caliber D here.
  23. Penalty don’t count. 4 penalties for 31 yards.
