This is getting ridiculous. Someone who wants attention puts up a post about someone insane for head coach and gets insulted 20 times. Great times all around.
-
Marv said two teams have contacted him and one wasn't the Bills. Read into that what you will. He also wants a three year contract.

Oh great - Moulds back but Losman not
kasper13 replied to VABills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Losman having MRI on shoulder this PM. MM will announce QB for Saturday after results. -
The fans haven't gone anywhere....yet. All 8 regular season home games and one preseason game sold out. 71,000+ were there Sunday. I think the same thing happened in 2004. That would be at least 16 straight regular season sellouts and to go over the stats once again- 13-16 since the start of 2004, 30-47 in the TD Era, 38-55 in this decade, 6 seasons since the Bills last playoff appearance and 10 seasons since a playoff win. I can't believe the Bills haven't won a playoff game since 1995. The fans have more than done their part. They will start to stay away if things stay the way they are now.
-
Actually, since the last time the Bills were a playoff team in 1999, only the Arizona Cardinals have gone longer without a playoff apperance (1998). The Redskins and Lions were also playoff teams in 1999 and the Saints made it in 2000. Pretty sad company to keep.

Didn't we go through this a few years ago? It's deja vu all over again. The soon to be mentioned in numerous posts list of Head Coaching Candidates for the 2006 Buffalo Bills: Marv Levy Mike Ditka Jim Haslett Jim Fassel Gregg Williams Wade Phillips Jimmy Johnson Dick Butkus Steve Mariucci John Elway Jim Kelly Frank Reich Steve Tasker Charlie Weis Pete Carroll Lou Holtz Lou Saban Vince Lombardi Anyone would be better than Mike Mularkey at this point.
-
Lou Saban is 109. You can't go back to the past for future glory. Let's just forget Frank Reich, Jim Kelly or Marv Levy. They did what they did back in the day and we will all be forever grateful. It should be left at that. I like the idea of random names out of a hat. Google "Name Generator" and the first two that come up are: John Howe and Louis Farrakhan They should get the jobs.

Is this the worst Bills team ever?
kasper13 replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd definitley say in the Top 5 Worst of All-Time. In the 1984-1985, everyone knew the Bills stunk but at least they had some likeable players (Ferguson, Haslett, Smerlas, Jerry Butler) and a quote machine in Hank Bullough. In 1985, they had the beginnings of what they were to become. (Polian, Talley, Bruce Smith, Reed, Reich were all here) The late 60's were horrific as were the early 70's, 1976-1977 and 2001. My Top 10 Worst Bills Teams 1. 1968 2. 1971 3. 2005 4. 1976 5. 2001 6. 1977 7. 1985 8. 1984 9. 2003 10. 1969 -
and one other PFW whisper tidbit

I'd take a 1st round pick for WM. He wants to go to Miami? Arizona is close to Miami. Let's get their 1st round pick for him. I am in favor of anyone being traded for draft picks at this point except Losman. Let Arizona deal with Rosenhaus and WM's imminent holdout for more money. I could have ran for 3 yards yesterday. -
THOSE BIG BAD BUFFALO SABRES!!
kasper13 replied to NavyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Another Great Win by the Sabres. Could Buffalo be turning back into a Sabres city like it was in the 70's? Mike Robitaille used to be the color commentator alongside play-by-play man Ted Darling in the mid-late 80's and very early 90's. Robitaille was always saying crazy things and Ted would always tell him to stop. It was great. -
SATURDAY NIGHT GAME THIS WEEK
kasper13 replied to CoachChuckDickerson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was going to the Sabres-Penguins game at the HSBC and then shooting down to the Ralph for the Bills-Broncos game. Now, I'll just go home after the Sabres game and watch the Broncos massacre the Bills on TV. I found a sucker to pay face value for my Bills tickets. -
Any other season ticket holders
kasper13 replied to stevestojan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Parking is only $15. I have missed two home games since 1984. Last game of 1985 against the Jets, Monday Night against Denver in 1994. I sold my tickets for tommorrow's game and for the Denver game next week and bought Sabres tickets. That's how disgusted I am in the Buffalo Bills right now. -
Here's how stupid Mularkey is ...
kasper13 replied to SoCal Pat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm not taking sides. What they are doing is deplorable. All of them. I just want my Bills back. -
The Bills can have Charlie Weiss when he is done at Notre Dame. Check back in 2036 or so. Why would he leave his dream job (and he just signed a 10 year extension through 2020) to coach the Bills or any other NFL team? He has Super Bowl rings. He has the job he always wanted and will win National Championships at ND starting next year. No amount of money in the world would make him leave ND.

Baltimore and KC games are not set in stone. The Bills could still finish ahead of Miami and those games would then be at Pittsburgh and home against San Diego. The Bills could also still finish behind the Jets and those games would then be at Baltimore/Cleveland and home against Oakland. Baltimore & Cleveland are tied right now so if the Bills do end up third then the away game would be Cleveland/Baltimore. All that is set for the TBD opponents is that the AFC West Opponent is a Home Game and the AFC North Opponent is an Away Game.
-
The game is already sold out. Tickets are all paid for. What everyone should do is show up, tailgate, then have a big ticket burning bonfire in one of the parking lots, then everyone can go home and watch the game on TV. Small sacrifice to make but a huge gesture. I'll throw my two in. They were paid for last February and I really don't care about the game this week. That's what my team has done to me. It took 27 years but here we are.

'05 Bills defense vs. '85 Bears
kasper13 replied to Louie Armstrong's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
and Bears and Bills both begin with "B" -
How do you figure that's idiotic? The Bills HAVE NO HEART. Moulds does nothing but whine. Now we are in an Eric Mould Love Fest? That's idiotic. The veterans are supposed to be the team leaders and lead. (Moulds, Adams, Clements). Their leadership stinks. Moulds is a cancer on this team and needs to go.
-
Someone said Moulds was the heart of the Bills and the one constant for the last 10 seasons. My question is how many playoff games have the Bills won since 1996? ZERO. Case closed.

Patriots week just isn't the same...
kasper13 replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It will be different. The Bills will lose to the Patriots by alot in their own stadium. The Bills have imploded. The head coach has lost the team. The final results will be seen over the next 4 games. -
Tom Frickin Donahoe has absolutley ZERO to do with how many season tickets are sold. They will probably sell more if he gets canned. Bills fans are certainly loyal- even more so now than in the 80's and earlier but we certainly aren't stupid. People go because they love the Bills and the gameday experience. The tailgate, the game- everything that goes with it. Tickets are among the cheapest in the NFL and people realize that the stadium needs to be filled every week to keep the team here and it certainly is a great time. We get 10 times a year including 8 Sundays from September through December to go to the Ralph and we love the hell out of every single second of every single one those days even though the Bills have been losing. I don't think there is one person in the stadium on Sunday who bought season tickets because Tom Donahoe told them to. Saddam Hussein could do ticket commercials and people would still buy their Bills tickets. I am so sick of the absolute ZERO that Tom Donahoe has done for our team.

I bash WGR on a regular basis but the Bills do not talk to WGR. Actually, they do not tell anyone much of anything unless they want people to know what is going on. Read NO Negativity. TD called a SEASON TICKET HOLDER a JERK on some other call in show on Monday Night for asking him if he felt he should resign. No NEGATIVE signs at RWS or you will get thrown out. No negative or derogatory T-Shirts are allowed at RWS and it is the Bills discretion as to what is offensive or objectionable. If it's negative, according to Buffalo Bills policy, it is not allowed to be mentioned by anyone on the radio, on TV or in the newspapers. The fans being angry, frustated and fed up is certainly NOT ALLOWED. Did we ever get a straight answer on Reuben Brown? NO. Sam Adams? NO. Will we ever get one on EM? NO. The Bills have certainly sucked the fun (and even the frustration) out of being a Bills Fan The fans need to rise up and take our team back from the a-holes running things. Can they really throw out 70,000+ fans for chanting "TD Sucks, TD Blows, TD Must Go!" on Sunday? It's going to be really ugly. It's time for the fans to take a stand.

uh guys we have New England this week
kasper13 replied to SuperBills12's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills will play NE tough for exactly 39 minutes this week and then fold quicker than a tent in a hurricane when something doesn't go their way in the 3rd quarter. They will lose by a couple scores and then complain how the fans were too quiet all day and took away their homefield advantage. Any win is totally meaningless the rest of the way. . -
I'd have fired TD AND MM on Sunday Night. Let Marv coach the last 4 games and if he wants the job next year it's his. He couldn't do any worse than MM or Williams did.
