That shady drop was nerve wracking...smh...perfect ball he didnt have the skills to pull it in for the TD....even more nerve wracking were the fans blaming Tyrod for shadys drop. even the commentators said it was a perfect ball and shady blew it. Also rooting for Wade and the Sheriff. Go Broncos!

Is it wise to grossly underpay your starting QB?
Marty McFly replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have friends that are die hard Ravens fans asking me to trade Tyrod bak to them. I been watchin NFL network and they were talking bout Panthers went from a 7-8 to 15-1 team had something to do with how Cam wasnt stepping up in the pocket and making those throws until mid last year, which i think was his 4th year as a starter? I hope Tyrod puts it together quicker im def rootin for him. -
I hope thats the case. agree Roman, Kromer, Tyrod and Cognito are the only good things Rex has done in Buffalo. I hope 2016 is a make or break for him, he at least got the opportunity, a good Defense to play with and an Offensive Coordinator known for making the best outta of below average offenses. Bringing in his brother didnt really bring me hopes up any higher either, Ed Reed....idk well see, that might be a good call since he knows the defense but we lost a really good DB coach in the process.

I hope thats the case. 2016 sink or swim specifically for Rex. Keep Whaley and Roman.

Is it wise to grossly underpay your starting QB?
Marty McFly replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thanks for the fact check. It does look like hes improved throughout the season but, the eye test only showed me he improved on converting the 3rd down pass plays vs the Jets moving the sticks instead of looking for the big play downfield. Youve seen more All-22 tape so your comment on him not being scared to step up into the pocket and make those throws is encouraging for next season. Also to your aside the "limited to x amount of pass plays increase win %" is really skewed because of situational football scenarios. Having a full season and pre-season as a starter for the Bills, Tyrod is going to have to make those plays when the run isnt working next season or he wont be a starter for long in the NFL. -

Marty McFly replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He threw a lot of intermediate throws with spot on accuracy during the pre-season, especially the 2nd game that made me say thats who i want starting for our team this year, and the coaches saw it too. IDK if it was play design during the season but he didnt throw a lot in the middle, there were a few each game people forget tho, like 2 of the clay TDs, the one Goodwin tried to run halfway across the field before he got hurt, etc....lets not assume its on TT unless you have the all-22 gifs and pics to back it up. Sometimes its play design sometimes its player decision. Only the all-22 can really catch which is which. -

Im Team Tyrod but also agree another 3/4s of a season has to be seen with improvement on converting 3rd down (as long as penalties dont put us in 3rd n 15 all the time), and the 2 minute drill, clutch drives before OBD should fork over a heavy contract. The league is so starved for QBs even if he stays the same and doesnt improve(which i highly doubt), someones gonna sign him away in FA, easy. Seriously people act like proven franchise QBs or reg starting QBs dont miss games or get hurt. Even the guy who never gets hurt Flacco went down this year with an ACL. If he was prone to miss games like harvin or goodwin i would get it but, the facts dont show that. TT will be good if we keep our left side line and upgrade RT while staying healthy. -

Cuz he probably was playin hurt, the dude had the stone cold steve austin knee brace on the whole season after that and still showed more heart and will to win then others that were healthy or had lesser inuries. gotta respect that. if he, sammy mcCoy, and the whole O line can stay healthy most of next season well see big improvement. -
http://espn.go.com/blog/new-orleans-saints/post/_/id/15573/simple-solution-for-saints-defense-rob-ryan-strip-down-the-playbook Ran into this interesting article the other day. Apparently Rob Ryan's playbook was also too complicated and took a #4 defense and turned it into a #31 defense. Sound familiar? I could have sworn I read an article about Rex Ryan that sounds real similar...although there is hope....if you read the article the players again admit they didnt study the playbook enough. So next year here are 2 outcomes for the defense.. 1. Bills could have a really good draft at DEF players put in the time and effort to learn the book, the scheme finally clicks and were back in the top 10 Defenses. 2. It doesnt click, the Def falls under #10 again and Pegula moves on from Rex and Co, keeping Roman if the OFF performs good.... Go Bills!

Johnny Manziel (update: waived by Browns)
Marty McFly replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
lol. drugs. gotta be the good ones. please share next time. Ill define him by his prior picks, dirt balls, accuracy issues, and head scratching fumbles and throws, I Wont define him by those 4 minutes. but the 21 points those 4 minutes cost the team was the nail in EJ coffin as a Buffalo QB. And I still think if EJ Works hard he could become good somewhere else, but that FO and this Fanbase for the most part has given up on him. Too impatient and with TT as a better option who could blame them. -
same here. the super bowls were the only times i was allowed to stay awake past 9

its not Dez, he drops too many the few times he gets open, hasnt had much of a shot but from the chances he has had he hasnt shown "it" Caroo is nice but im biased cuz i live in Jersey
