Even with his bonehead penalties Hughes played a lot better dealing with the same "lambs blood". I never saw Hughes give up on plays he would make tackles in pursuit beyond the LOS and when asked to drop into coverage he did good. Hughes had forced fumbles and makes any excuse supa makes for his performance and attitude invalid.

That would be cool, a lot of pressure to put on a rookie though given his family name and the shadow of #12

I agree, I voted yes because the little kid fan in me wants it to happen but, looking at the schedule and the egg salad that Rex brought out on defense last year makes the realist in me say no. On the bright side, if Rex continues his destruction of our defense and falls in the 15-31 range on defense hopefully Pegs cuts his losses and we move on from Rex

Agree, when players WANT to play here, they play better, that goes for any Job not Just football. when you love where u work at and what you do it doesnt even feel like work and your inspired to perform better.
