  1. Check you voicemail, you should have a message from 1-800-OHELLNO
  2. I try to poke my face out from behind the troll mask every once in a while, but it really hasn't been worth it lately. There is a general core of regulars, myself included, that are fairly close together in a right libertarian ideology. The only leftists that stick around are the trolls, crusaders, and morons. Occasionally we'll get a reasonable liberal pass on thru but eventually they feel outnumbered by the libertarian core and realize the other liberals on this board do more harm to their arguments than help. Especially since the flood of refugees from BBMB. SDS should have built a firewall. A yuuuuuuge one. It would have been great. We would have loved it, bigly.
  3. That last sentence felt like it should have been delivered by this guy
  4. #AustinStrong #PrayForAustin Done my part Glad you're okay You mean the white powder?
  5. 18th district, not 16th. Not that minor details like facts have stopped you before
  6. Thank you for saying what everyone has been thinking. I'm amazed nobody brought this up before
  7. I wouldn't got that far with North Korea until they close their concentration camps
  8. My point is that we go thru this QB hype almost every year. And usually the franchise QB that we absolutely positively have to trade up for flames out Except for 2004 with Ben Roethlesberger and 2005 when we would have been able to draft Aaron Rodgers if Donahoe hadn't traded up for JP Losman the year before
  9. 2006 and 2009 had QBs too (Young, Leinhart, Cutler, Freeman, Sanchez) I remember TSW had it's share of Young and Leinhart fanboys. Rather ironic that they both would eventually end up with the Bills as camp fodder
  10. And in neither of those drafts would trading up resulted in a franchise QB. With the exception of Stafford in 2009 who went #1 overall and there was no way the Lions were going to part with that pick anyway
  11. Rodgers sat behind Favre as the heir and took over the starting job when Favre retired. Rodgers did not leave via free agency looking for a payday and starting job elsewhere. And it's you're, not your
  12. Rodgers was drafted by Green Bay and became the starter in Green Bay Steve Young was traded from Tampa to San Francisco Graoppolo was traded from New England to San Francisco Alex Smith was traded from San Francisco to Kansas City and from Kansas City to Washington Cousins was drafted by Washington and became a starter in Washington. He is seeking employment elsewhere None of the above were drafted by one team, spent their entire tenure as a backup, then went on to become another team's franchise QB McCarron could be the first in a very long time, but history is not on his side
  13. In 3 NFL seasons AJM has only thrown a total of 133 passes and the only games he has started was because the Bengals starting QB was injured. That is the definition of a career backup. I think you misinterpreted my question "when was the last time a career backup Free Agent became a franchise QB for another team?" AJM could possibly become somebody's franchise QB, but history is not on his side
  14. Too many unknowns with this years FA veteran QB class Bridgewater presents the most potential. But can he recover from that horrible knee injury? Glennon is the safest choice for a season or two. He doesn't have the upside that Bridgewater has. Nor does he have the specter of a career ending knee injury. He has a track record, nothing flashy but not terrible. Keenum has more upside than Glennon, but will also want alot more money. I'm not sure the BIlls are willing to commit that much cash and in the process write off this years draft class in favor of a QB with a limited track record McCown is the best bridge guy if the plan is to draft a QB. The problem is if the BIlls don't land their guy, McCown is likely to be more than just a bridge McCarron, when was the last time a career backup Free Agent became a franchise QB for another team? Bradford is damaged goods. None of the others are worth pursuing except as a backup or #3.
  15. That would depend on the circumstances. If dining alone, perhaps there is a loophole. But in the presence of others, I would consider having to watch somebody put ketchup on a well done steak to be cruel and unusual punishment
  16. The Eagles keep Foles Cousins to the Vikings Jets overpay for Keenum Arizona signs Teddy Bridgewater Bradford to Denver McCarron to the Dolphins Bills sign Mike Glennon With the first overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns select Saquon Barkley, RB, Penn State With the second pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the New York Giants select QB, Sam Darnold, from Southern California The Indianapolis Colts trade the third overall pick to the Cleveland Browns for the fourth overall pick and the last pick in the second round, #64) With the third pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns select QB from UCLA, Josh Rosen With the fifth pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select QB Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma Phones start ringing off the hook as Buffalo and Arizona both try to move into the top 10. In the end, Arizona makes the sweeter deal to move up and select Josh Allen With the seventeenth pick, the Los Angeles Chargers select Lamar Jackson, QB Louisville With the twenty seventh pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints select Oklahoma St QB Mason Rudolph With the eleventh pick in the second round, #43 overall, the New England Patriots select Luke Falk, QB Washington St
  17. Does Mueller know about this? If that allegation is true, then Maxine needs to put her game wig on and start those impeachment proceedings
  18. I would rank Russell as the bigger bust than Leaf. The Raiders passed on 3 future HoF'ers in 2007 in favor of Russell: Calvin Johnson #2, Joe Thomas #3, Adrian Peterson #7
  19. Democratic Congressional candidate stages some political theater by "destroying" her husband's AR15 In the process she breaks an existing gun law. http://www.13newsnow.com/article/news/local/mycity/virginia-beach/atf-investigating-after-congressional-candidate-cut-apart-ar-15/291-526898428 Besides the fact she didn't actually destroy the firearm. The lower receiver (the legal part of the firearm) had been detached and was nowhere in the video. But you know, for the children and all that
