If he hasn't already, McDermott needs to grovel to ensure McKenzie comes back next year and let Beasley go. Yes the distraction he creates is a part of it, but Cole is obviously not singularly capable of producing from the slot and McKenzie will still cost less
I would have preferred more time off the clock on that drive.
Given all of the piece meal replacements the Bills have on the field, this is a better performance than I expected, esp. the Oline
I'm watching this on Direct TV in California, so I'm behind your timing, so sorry for the late response.
Wow! 30 yards of penalty swing in favor of Buffalo. That would never have happened 5 years ago.
Josh needs to spend the offseason learning how to lead a receiver with the ball. He does not throw anyone open. It would be nice if Sanders could have gotten his hands to the ball, but the error on that 4th down play is on Allen.
I don't love the late hit call against Breida. I suppose he didn't have to use his shoulder, but Breida just hit the line with half his foot. I don't see how the defender stops that late.
I'm thinking about the Singletary false start...
Although it was a small movement, he gets to reset, which he did. The ball had not been snapped, so that was a pretty intolerant call.
Uh, I'm no physics major, but how does that ball land where it does without his arm moving forward? I was hoping the NFL would screw this replay up also, but the landing spot made it seem pretty obvious.
