Well it sounds like you've made up your mind about the car, but you really need to think about getting a new TV. It's one thing to be frugal, and it's an admirable quality, but when you could be enjoying TV so much more than you currently are I think you owe it to yourself to give yourself a little luxury. If you think you like watching football now, wait until you're watching it in high def in your living room. It's totally worth it.

If you might want to buy something else with that money. If you might be able to invest it in something that could earn higher interest than you pay on your auto loan. If you run into bad times financially and might need a nice lump of cash to get you through the tough times.

I'm a big fan of best player available, but this team really needs help on both lines. So I advocate best lineman available as the strategy. Unless there is a QB on the board that you simply can't turn down.

Exactly right. Fitzpatrick is a good placeholder to lead the team while the search for a franchise QB continues. Meanwhile, build a better team. Best player available.

A bad parent hitting their child is still a bad parent. Spanking the child doesn't make the child more obedient, just makes them physically afraid of their parent. Not to pat myself on the back too hard, but I would never hit my child and despite having severe ADD he has never been a discipline problem in any respect. It takes effort to raise a child. Hitting them is a frustrated coward's solution.

That's the sad fact of the matter. The more sad fact is that the current regime doesn't seem to be any better.

I think Fitzpatrick will be a good starter for a couple years while the future QB is groomed. The Bills are going to be bad for a couple of years. They need to totally rebuild both lines, get a QB, and get some weapons on offense.

I won't eat in a place that tells me how to dress. Sometimes I'll dress up to go out to a nice restaurant, but I won't go to one that is going to look down its nose at me if I choose to come casual. As far as how they treated these veterans I guess a rule is a rule and it applies to everyone, but somehow I feel that these men deserved better than that. I would think there would be some kind of way to make an accommodation for them.

So getting your ass kicked on a weekly basis takes a toll. Who knew?
