I'd love to hear what Schefter had to say when Wilson and Brown were the lone holdouts among the owners. The ESPN party line was that Wilson was a doddering old fool that is standing in the way of progress. I'm not the biggest Ralph Wilson fan, but there are a lot of people in the press that owe him an apology.

#3 is way too early to take him. I think he has a chance to be good in the NFL, but there is too big of a question mark to gamble a #3 pick.

Lot of Bills draft talk. Though some of you might be interested.

On the small side and on the downside of his career. Probably better than anything we have, but no thanks.

I was making a general statement. Of course you can cherry pick a few examples. As far as Von Miller just look at film of the guy and tell me he doesn't look small. If you don't agree then fine we just disagree. I see a player that is small, freakishly fast, but seems to only have one pass rushing move and OFTEN gets pushed yards past the pocket and out of the play.

I'm not saying there isn't a QB that might turn into a dominant NFL player, but it's not obvious which one it is. There is a group of 7 or 8 that could be that guy. Hell most of the "draft experts" had Jake Locker being that guy a couple months ago. Now he's a pariah. I don't think it's worth using the third overall pick to guess at a QB when you can get one of them with your second or third pick. Defensive line is a much easier position to guess at in the draft and will have much more immediate positive results for this team.

While I have never confirmed his existence first hand, I believe there is enough photographic and anecdotal evidence to determine that Kapernick is real.

You do realize 1999 was the last time Derrick Thomas stepped on the football field and that players are bigger and stronger than they were back then. I don't think a player like Miller makes the Bills defense better. I think the Bills defense will make a player like Miller a non-entity. You have to build your defense with big physical linemen and then fill in the other players. Without those big linemen everyone just gets pushed around and we have another debacle like last year. I hope Nix gets this.

Miller. I think they'll both be busts, but I really think Miller would flop on this defense. He needs to be on a defense where the defensive linemen can overpower the offensive line and keep those big blockers off of him.
