  1. Just more proof that life isn't fair. Buffalo fans would be so grateful for ANY championship. Meanwhile, New York City piles another one on the heap and people like this rejoice.
  2. Nobody is worried about that. Although it's probably as likely to happen as a scenario in which a sniper would be the answer. What about all those super effective pat downs that we have to go through to get into the stadium? Don't those make us secure enough?
  3. Really? You support this? This makes us "safer?"
  4. I saw it. I liked it despite some flaws with it. My biggest gripe with it was it was too determined to follow through with the "found footage" gimmick. It really made for some awkward moments. Overall it was better than I expected. One thing this movie does a great job of is getting across how people would react to gaining powers like these and what kinds of things they would do with them. I think a lot of super hero movies really under sell this aspect.
  5. Peyton now or in his prime? I think there's no doubt that Peyton is the better QB. Eli has had the good fortune of a good supporting cast including a dominant defense in each Super Bowl win.
  6. Really? She's going to see some random back up singer putting up her middle finger for an instant and decide that is something she simply must do? I think you're really reaching for something to be offended by.
  7. Does your 4 year old niece even know what it means when someone holds up their middle finger?
  8. I like that idea. The problem is that no big acts are going to expose themselves to a public vote and the possibility of failure.
  9. Apparently you haven't been watching the Super Bowl for very long.
  10. Are you really upset about this? I was in a room full of people watching this and none of us even noticed it. I guess some people just need to have something to complain about.
  11. If its a "Bills type pick" I want them to turn and run the other way. I've had enough of high motor, lunch pail, blue collar, or whatever other adjective you want to dream up types. How about just drafting some football player types.
  12. If you read the bottom of the article there is a lot of crazy stuff going on with teachers in this district.
  13. I checked the tailgating forum, but there doesn't seem to be a recipe for your stromboli. Are you just trying to taunt us?
  14. In a weird way I hink it would be less offensive I he wasn't asking for such a ridiculous sum.
  15. It wouldn't surprise me if he's not there in the second.
  16. Awesome. I gotta get up there. I've been looking for an excuse to go to DC.
  17. Do they have Wardynski's up there too? Might have to make a trip.
  18. So if we ask them really nicely do you think this group of prima donnas can get themselves to handle a little bit of success?
  19. I understand how everyone thinks the 4-3 is supposed to work. That doesn't mean that's the way it always has to. Kelsay is a decent 4-3 DE. I think a traditional pass rushing DE is where the Bills go in the draft. I also think Dareus or Williams can play 4-3 DE in spot duty, primarily on first and second downs to lock down the run. So to me that solves the problem of what do we do about end. I don't care what offense you're facing, if they have to figure out how to block Dareus, Williams, and Soliai it's going to create problems and create openings for the players around them. I don't think the Bills will sign Soliai, but I think he'd be a great addition to the defense, both in the 3-4 and the 4-3.
  20. What about his play suggests to you that he can't play as a DT in a 4-3? I think people really get too hung up on the differences between 3-4 and 4-3. I just want some strong, nasty, quick defensive linemen that can stop the run and at least push the pocket back into the QBs face. A player like Soliai would look awesome next to Dareus and Williams no matter what the scheme. Now imagine those three with the addition of a prototypical pass rushing DE thrown into the mix. Another great thing about Soliai is the versatility he gives you with switching between 3-4 and 4-3. He gives you a true NT to run a 3-4 when you want to. He is who Torrell Troup was supposed to be.
  21. The Dolphins are crazy to let a player like that walk just because they are switching schemes. To me it's Miami's version of the Bills' mistake when they let Pat Williams walk. I'd love it if the Bills could be the beneficiary of this kind of mistake. I don't care what kind of defense the Bills run next year, I'd want Soliai on it. He would make a huge difference for this team.
  22. To me I'd rather spend the money to travel to Buffalo and experience the game there.
  23. So basically you'll be relying on a bunch of rookies to plug into the holes you've made in the defensive front. Not liking your plan much.
