  1. With three exceptions I'd rather have Rogers than any WR on our roster.
  2. Congratulations all around. I'm glad for her that she has the hard part out of he way, she has a job.
  3. Great, so we have Kaufman on the PS and Rogers is looking like he's going to be a breakout star in Indy. It was an incredible move to get that guy as a free agent. A very non-Bills sort of pickup. And of course in true Bills manner they totally reverse themselves and cut a guy with unlimited potential to keep a bunch of high-character underdogs. I wish we could find a GM that was interested in assembling a football team rather than casting a Lifetime movie.
  4. So when they win between 4 and 7 games what will the story be then? I'm just tired of this endless treadmill of failure. I wanted Manuel to be the guy, and I haven't completely given up on him, but I am starting to think the best move is picking another QB in the draft.
  5. I'm not sure id trade rosters with the Colts, but I'd certainly trade QBs.
  6. Positive thoughts to you and your family. I can't imagine what the prospect of losing a spouse feels like.
  7. I had a great time. It was a flat fee and I could take as many classes as I wanted to. I finished early doing that. They had a lot of classes on campus (really just the 16th floor of an office building). I also took some classes online and some through an exchange program with a Thai university. It was my second stab at college, so I took it a lot more seriously and got a lot more out of it.
  8. That's my alma mater. Although I've never been to the main campus. I graduated from the Bangkok, Thailand campus.
  9. I only somewhat follow World Cup soccer. Has the US ever gotten a decent draw? Because it seems every time it comes around they have a really tough group. Is this selective memory on my part?
  10. That might be true with the plot, but the action spots of Spider-Man are pure Spider-Man. They have the look of that down.
  11. The decision to not give a **** about this reboot.
  12. I didn't even see the first one, but this trailer makes me question that decision.
  13. I'm a Buffalo Bills fan. Not a Ralph Wilson's, or whoever the next owner is, Bills fan.
  14. Think of how long it would take if you're sitting in your seats in the stadium, get a silent alarm, and get to your car. I can't see a thief hanging around that long. Something is really odd about this story.
  15. Who wouldn't want to sit outside and freeze watching a 4 or 5 win team? A fan base's patience only goes so far. We are working on our second decade of terrible football. There is an entire generation that only has a 9-7 season to point to as their idea of Buffalo Bills football success. That'd be enough to break ANY fan base.
  16. I'd take Thad Lewis over almost everyone on that list. The only exception is Cousins, but he's not going anywhere, so it's kind of pointless to talk about.
  17. Yeah I don't get how someone could just wake up one morning and decide to be a Giants, Jets, or Steelers fan.
  18. So the guy that thinks our future franchise QB can't throw the long ball wants everyone to remain calm and be patient. What exactly is this brighter future they're building towards?
  19. One thing I can guarantee is if the Bills ever leave Buffalo, Buffalo won't get another franchise. So there's really no point in retaining the rights to the name. As for the original question, who knows? I hope so, but the biggest threat to the Bills staying in Buffalo will come when Ralph dies. This will almost certainly happen within that time frame. I suspect the new owner will take a season or two to get his ducks in a row, but everyone in Buffalo will be holding their breaths for quite some time afterwards.
  20. Do we keep having to have this discussion? They traded down and got the guy that they wanted. Some say that they could have kept trading down and gotten him later, but who's to say that a team that wanted EJ wouldn't jump up and take him in the later parts of the first round, where the cost is much cheaper to do so? They got the guy they wanted and Kiko Alonso thrown in. Everything else is just nonsense at this point. You can write a book about QBs that people thought you would have been crazy to draft in the first round, but turned out to be superstars. Will EJ be one of them? I hope so. So far I've seen enough to determine, in my mind, that the pick wasn't a wasted pick.
  21. So would it have made you feel better if they took Robert Woods in the first and EJ in the second?
  22. The original chain was a much smaller (and better) operation. It was called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck (BW3). Years ago, (maybe 10-15?) the chain was sold to some big hitters that dropped the weck from the name and made it a more national chain. The original chain was a lot more like a local bar. The new one isn't really worth anyone's time unless in a pinch.
  23. BW3, the precursor to Buffalo Wild Wings was such a better place. They had a BW3 in Greenville, NC when I went to ECU. Great place.
  24. Good point. It drives me crazy when I go to a place and have to order my wings "Bone-in." And don't even get me started on the blue cheese vs. Ranch thing. NSFW relevant rant
  25. Listening to Bayless reminds me of listening to my grandmother. I understand it's his gig to have strong opinions and get peoples' attention, but he's such a drama queen. I hope EJ develops into a hall of famer simply so this clip can clown his ass for all of eternity.
