  1. I have a buddy whose in-laws went on a vacation to Prague. His father in-law kept going on about how Prague is known as "The Paris of the East." We kept laughing and asking him "Well why not just go to Paris?" Good times.
  2. So here's the thing. They're either going to succeed or we'll reconvene in a couple of years and B word about how the new guys all suck. So what's the point of digging up obscure stats to figure out creative ways of beating the topic into the ground?
  3. He got a little screen time last night. First he was building a robot or something and then he warned everyone about the fire. I guess he's trying to stay away from AL so he doesn't kill her.
  4. Why would it be bad writing? How hard is it to understand that you can be nice to some people and hate others?
  5. So basically what you're saying is they need a whole new team. We get it.
  6. As far as the animals go I think there's a pretty good explanation already. One of the disciplines that that Dharma Initiative was looking into was zoology. Not hard to imagine that they'd have some test subjects to play around with. As far as the black smoke goes I am 100% sure that there will be an explanation for it. The "monster" on the island has been too important of a part of the series for them not to have a good story behind it.
  7. Yeah I like that suggestion, but I suppose after they got the baby back the complaint would be "Well I knew they'd get him back in the end so why drag it out so long?" I suppose the whole point of the episode was to get Aaron baptised, so whatever signifigance that will have down the road I suppose we'll have to wait and see.
  8. Man am I sick of that phrase. I wasn't blown away by this week's episode, but there were some cool parts to it. Charlie is now completely isolated from the rest of the "tribe." Next week's episode looks great, but I really hate that Sun is getting taken because she's one of my favorites.
  9. Luckily LB is one of the positions that are pretty easily replaced.
  10. At least it just picks up where the series left off and isn't another one of those crappy remakes starring the star du jour.
  11. Kind of a cliched answer, but we'll just have to wait and see. Unfortunately I think at a minimum he will have lost some of his explosiveness.
  12. Would you agree if Moulds isn't back next season that there might be a need? I agree that there are more pressing needs as things stand right now, but Moulds being gone could shoot WR right back up the need chart.
  13. I'm just saying with free agency it's not necessarily the only way you can build a solid offensive line. The key to me is making it a priority for your franchise. Spending the money that needs to be spent. Whether it's through draft picks or through free agency if you don't make it a priority you have to rely on blind luck to build a line.
  14. I don't think that you necessarily need to DRAFT high in order to bring in great players for your offensive line, but you need to make it a priority for your franchise to get top level talent on the line. Obviously a lot of people believe that under Donahoe this wasn't a priority and a big reason why offensive line was one of the Bills largest need areas both before and after Donahoe.
  15. HARTFORD? What the heck would they do with a team??? What a ridiculous notion.
  16. It's been said before and it will be said a million times more this offseason. Until the offensive line is fixed no QB is safe behind center with the Bills. I truly don't believe that QB is the problem with the Bills and there are other needs that need to be addressed before the Bills can afford the luxury to pay the price that Minnesota will want for Culpepper.
  17. And just as importantly, I think, he can be a good influence on an up and coming player. Like Ngata. /crosses fingers
  18. That's the eternal debate between my friend and I. He swears that you have to have a franchise QB to win in the NFL. No amount of proof otherwise seems to suffice. However, I can always trump him with his statement on draft day 1995 that the Jaguars made a mistake making Tony Boselli their first draft pick.
  19. That's only Koreans not all Asians. As far as Washington goes I agree with whomever said that letting him go was a huge mistake. And apparently the lesson wasn't learned when it came time to decide on Pat Williams. Even though he's a little long in the tooth I think he could come in and provide some help on the defensive line. Obviously he's not an every down solution, but those couple of downs a drive that he would play could be key.
  20. HAHA I never really thought of that, but it's funny that he would go to her instead of Sayid.
  21. Arizona, Detroit, and Houston haven't either. Nothing to be proud about, but just wanted you to know it's not quite as bleak as you portray.
  22. The comment is a recycled comment. I couldn't tell you where, but I KNOW I've read that before. So not only does the article's writer come out with the unnecessary cheap shot, but he's a plagarist as well.
