  1. What the hell is the point of renouncing your fandom? What are you going to do become a Titans fan? Screw all that. I'll be pissed if they don't make the playoffs this year and then I'll dust myself off and start looking forward to the draft. Then they'll let me down by drafting yet another sub 6 foot defensive back. Then I'll get pissed and post mainly on the off topic board. Then preseason will roll around and I'll be back hoping for a year where there will finally be something to look forward to. Repeat cycle.
  2. I'm with you man. I think the Jauron regime is a little too cerebral. Sometimes the best thing to do is line up and knock a guy in the mouth. If your system is so complex that your players can't run it well then you need a new system. They needed a new system after the Cardinals game where the Cardinals found out, "Hey we can just sit back here and pick them apart."
  3. Put Roscoe Parrish on a lot of other teams in this league and he'd be lighting things up and people would be wondering where the hell he came from. I really believe the Bills have never found a proper use for him in an offense.
  4. You'll have a good time. There aren't many good restaurants to speak of. I highly suggest a day trip to Charlottesville. Definitely pick out one of the caverns to go take a look at. You don't need to go to them all, they're all about the same. I probably like Endless Caverns the best out of the ones I've seen. Luray Caverns is seriously busy and gets crowded sometimes, but they have a hedge maze, which scores major points with me. You could also visit a winery or two. There are a ton out there.
  5. No he hits too hard. Doesn't fit our scheme.
  6. HAHAHAHA Yeah get rid of him. He doesn't fit our scheme? What scheme is that? Getting your ass kicked on defense week after week?
  7. It always rains on Thursdays. How do I know this? Because it rained last Thursday. So it always rains on Thursdays.
  8. Nah let's draft another 5'9" corner or some other smurf to return kicks for us. Then while we're at it let's draft some more undersized undepowered underspeed defensive linemen to run that cover 2 defense that is working out so good. Then with our third round pick let's draft a real feel good story. Someone from a small school that got his masters degree in Russian Literature or something and while he might not be much of a starting player will really sort of contribute on special teams and during the team's bake sale.
  9. We need players that can straight whip somebody's ass. I'm tired of the talk about high character guys blah blah blah. The kind of mediocrity you saw on the field Sunday is what a group of choir boys bring to you. I'm not saying you don't need some high character guys, but you need a few delinquents to season things up a bit.
  10. But but but he's fat and he doesn't fit our scheme. Arrgh stuff like this just frustrates the sh-- out of me.
  11. You mean when they had the greatest DE of all time, a solid large bodied DE on the other side, and three all-pro linebackers? Ever heard of the fallacy of false cause?
  12. Yeah let's run a defense that would further highlight our lack of size on the front 7. Brilliant. You should contact Fewell ASAP. I really don't get the fascination around here with the 3-4, but it's annoying. Just because the 90s Bills ran it doesn't make it a good idea. In fact I'd argue that it cost that era teams big time and they would have been better served to go out and find another DT and run a 4-3.
  13. HAHA Yeah why would they want to run a 3-4 in practice since EVERY team in the division runs that defense.
  14. I don't know how many times I've posted my hatred for drafting for scheme rather than just getting the biggest fastest baddest players out there and figuring out a scheme to work around them. It seems so simple to me. I don't like anything in football that calls for a smaller anything. Not that size is always the most important consideration, but the Bills have such a long history of jettisoning players that are "too fat" and drafting smurfs for the defensive secondary year after year. It gets tiresome.
  15. With a record like that it's almost a good thing that they didn't get it. Draft position.
  16. That died with the 90s. Everyone circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills these days.
  17. Not with Denney and Kelsey starting they can't. Those two are so sh------- they have to share a position. When they're both on the field it's lethal.
  18. Fourth quarter comebacks against some of the worst teams in the NFL?
  19. No, I'm starting to come over to your way of thinking. Is there a way to subscribe to your newsletter?
  20. Yes it is an epic collapse. An inevitable one as well. This team has no heart.
