  1. He hasn't traded for Mack and adopted his bloated contract which would have destroyed any room to maneuver during free agency. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/los-angeles-chargers/khalil-mack-14414/ Sometimes, inaction is the best action of all. Let these rube GMs blow their wad on fancy moves and Beane will come in later and pick up the value players for cheap. He's brought the Bills this far, have some faith in the NFL Executive of the Year. Sheesh.
  2. Beane is doing just fine. All you armchair GMs make me laugh.
  3. Ya. They can sign those looking for bottom feeder contracts. Wake up and smell the bacon. I will eat my shorts if the Bills make a big move.
  4. Everyone is speculating on big free agent moves. Dudes: the Bills are over the salary cap. That kind of constrains the ability to maneuver.
  5. A January 28th thread spurs sudden life March 8th. Talk about necromancing.. wow.
  6. ..and thank goodness for that.
  7. Concur, especially after I read this: https://www.mlive.com/lions/2022/03/oregon-pass-rusher-kayvon-thibodeaux-a-possible-lions-target-withdraws-early-from-nfl-combine.html
  8. What is the allure of comp picks? 4th rounders. (3rd round if Leslie didn't choke the pooch in KC and got hired as HC) I'd rather Beane do what needs to be done in FA, instead of signing fewer people in order to get the precious 4th rounder. Regarding Trubisky: someone will overpay him 12 mil plus an incentive laden contract.
  9. Get ready for Mud Bowl 2026 and beyond.
  10. Thank you Josh for your relentless pursuit of improving, your long ball once sucked but is now excellente. Thank you Jordan Palmer for helping 17 work out the kinks.
  11. John Bolton. Former Trump Security Advisor. The Walrus.
  12. Pittsburgh has grass and it looks pretty rough come November/December.
  13. He's ancient. He's injured. He's a statue. He's bad luck for starters. Plus: he has no long ball. Teams would stack box and shut him down.
  14. The image you linked..lol.. it skirts with TSW standards. Especially if it was a used one.
  15. Like I said in the post..CDs were the ultra-conservative approach. If it were me, I'd invest in the S&P 500 which returned 9% over the last 10 years.
  16. If you put 10 mil into a CD (the ultra-conservative option) you would get $82,000 a year in interest with even touching the principle. I know many of us here could live well on $82K. We'd have to buy a Toyota instead of a Lexus.
  17. Such an esoteric thread. All I can add is Josh has really improved his long pass.
  18. I want your job. I work in a call center. They work us like slave dogs.
  19. No link to a specific article or quote. Look at his body of work. I'm certain McDermott is a demanding boss, as all NFL HC's should be. If he isn't demanding, ticket buyers should be demanding a refund.
  20. Oooo wee. 17 pages and still energy left... based on rumor regarding Daboll. Frankly, I don't believe the initial reports. There was no stress in the Bills coaching organization. I believe Daboll and Frazier wear their big boy panties when they report for duty at One Bills Drive. McDermott is a demanding boss who required accountability. BFD. Get over it snowflakes.
  21. Ooooo weeee 72 pages and still going strong. I guess we know what keeps people riveted. If SDS has monetized TSW, he's a genius (I use an ad blocker, so I don't know).
  22. 25 pages of the same comments. And I thought we tapped out at 18, silly me.
  23. 18 pages of the same tropes being repeated. Sometimes internet commentary sucks.
  24. I work in a national call center in Buffalo.. use your imagination to figure which one out. Today I got a call from Washington state. They were avid football fans and were devastated by the Bills loss.
  25. I've said it in other threads.. and I will say it here again: Chiefs v. Bills was the real Superbowl. The remainder of the AFC and NFC can be handily beat by the Bills or Chiefs.
