When I lived in DC, I never rooted for the Redskins or Capitals. At the time, the Redskin fans could still remember their Joe Theismann/John Riggins/Hogs dynasty years, and they were insufferable. I only lose a pound or two a week, but I'm only 10 pounds from goal weight, so I will be patient. I fast on Mondays (lose Sunday game day snacks) and Thursdays. I've tried low-carb, keto, and low-cal. I find them hard to adhere to and I also feel like a science specimen.
