McDermott treats injuries very conservatively. I'm glad we have McDermott. Options: 1. Witnessed this afternoon.. We could have Robert Saleh. He returned an injured Mike White to the game. Mike White was so badly injured he left the stadium after the game in an ambulance. 2. We could have Michael McDaniel. He threw a concussed Tua Tagovailoa back into the game. I'm glad we have McDermott. I'm sure the players are glad as well.

I know you said player, but I think the biggest impact will come from Leslie Frazier. What adjustments will he make to maintain pressure on White.

Due to age and being defense, Leslie wouldn't be a flashy hire. Whatever fan base that gets him as HC will be deeply disappointed. Therefore, he won't be hired. Vacant HC positions will be filled by younger offense guys. (if we don't make it to AFCCG, Dorsey is going nowhere)

I will add: the Pegula/Bills state of the art training facility also make the Bills player friendly and an attractive destination. I read somewhere that the Bills facility is top 3 in the NFL. Add conservative injury treatment to that desirable. Imagine as a free agent: you can go play under player friendly coaches, a beast of a QB, conservative trainers/injury handling, a state of the art facility, and Bills Mafia shovel you out of your house. Who can say no to that?
