  1. That would make the most sense. Replay challenges would not include pictures. Thanks
  2. Thanks... I thought it was a great challenge (thinking we must have been right). I was sure that we would not have challenged unless we were sure of ourselves ( the challenge even occurred during a time out) and if we were right we would have received a first down. I guess I was questioning if anyone had heard where Mularky got the bad info to challenge. Seems like the kind of error we shouldn't make.
  3. Insight like that makes this site invaluable. Thanks for clearing that up for me...
  4. Any explanation heard yet?
  5. What is Henry's injury status?
  6. I think I searched correctly. It doesn't matter, I just like to see where certain posts end up. Time to ramp up for tomorrow!
  7. That comment really hit home. Other than the second New England game this year, I have not used the word gutless this year to describe the Bills. Last year, I did many times. I give a lot of credit to Mularkey for the attitude change.
  8. And give some credit to the present coaching staff for how they handled Big Sam's outburst earlier this year. Lord knows how Greggggggg would have handled it. Mularkey gave Sam more playing time in passing situations... basically said here you go, put your money where your mouth is... and Sam sure did. I really feel that another big improvement regarding MM over Williams is that he truly knows how to deal with adversity and players attitudes and emotions.
  9. You are darn tootin'... We have veteran leadership that will step forward tomorrow. I expect huge games from Malloy, Vincent, Spikes, Moulds, etc. That, combined with our young offensive stars should take care of business on Sunday!
  10. What an exciting matchup! The Bengals are playing very well. If we win this game the Bills will certainly be hitting on all cylinders. This will be a great test... an away game against an up and coming team. Go Bills!
  11. I participated in it last night and it was gone this morning. Must have gotten too heated. It sure had the potential to do so.
  12. I think Nugent might be worth a second rounder. He is awful good.
  13. I have always thought that Promo the Robot was excellent. It brings back memories of when I was a child living in Buffalo. Pisschunk, however, always brings a warped smile to my face...
  14. "See Fletcher... you only celebrate after you make a BIG play..."
  15. If I still lived in Buffalo, I would probably have season tickets and would care a great deal. Living in Ohio and having two young children that take up a lot of my time... I could care less. It's funny... when I was single and in my twenties, I watched every Hockey, Baseball and Basketball game I could see (or attend). Now in my forties (soon to be fifties)... I watch Pro football, maybe parts of the World Series and maybe parts of the NCAA tournament. That's it. Priorities change...
  16. I always thought Pete Carroll was a terrible NFL Head Coach, but college is sure the right fit for him. Might hold true for Wannedstedt, also...
  17. Payton had a tremendous straight arm. Moulds has thrown a few good ones in his day. Although he came from the hated Dolphins, watching Larry Csonka plow into defenders with a thrown forearm was another pretty awesome weapon from a running back!
  18. pass block! He is going to be a stud on picking up blitzers, etc. Best since Thurman. It looks like Bledsoe is totally comfortable with Willis helping pass block. Wasn't so with Henry... And I love watching Lee Evans lower his head and take on a potential tackler. We have two absolutely complete players that will only improve.
  19. I just saw a blurb in SI rating the fastest NFL player. I don't know if it was fan, player or GM based. Randy Moss was considered the fastest, which surprised me. There are a lot of stat experts that contribute here. Who are the fastest few NFL players, to your knowledge... and where does Lee Evans stand? Thanks
  20. I'm right there with you, Taterhill. 2005 Buick LeSabre. It might be an old mans car (I guess I qualify now), but if you are looking for reliability and a nice ride... they are quality cars. Might be a bit pricy if economics are a concern.
  21. Dave Washington... Linebacker. Long time ago, may even have been at the Rockpile. Two claims to fame; one picked up Mercury Morris and slammed him headfirst into the turf at home... the fans went beserk with joy!!! Two, due to injuries during a game, had to become our placekicker and made an extra point or two. This is so long ago I could even be wrong with his first name, but I am pretty sure it was Dave.
  22. My thoughts only involved the remainder of 2004.
  23. And most of the youngsters won't remember this.. but Ralph was a real skinflint back then.
  24. I wouldn't be surprised to see Mularkey take over the duties of offensive coordinator. Head Coaches have taken over the duties before. I bet he would call a great game. Of course, the worry would be that his Head Coaching duties might suffer. I don't want Clements to leave, but just a thought in case he does.
