  1. I really enjoy watching this football player. He is a great all around player that combines wonderful skills with natural abilities and outrageous desire. Can you imagine what he would do with a top team with competent coaching? It is hard to find positives with the Bills but I appreciate his talents and the efforts of such hard workers as McGee, Williams, etc. I am not stating anything that is a surprise to Bills fans and has probably been mentioned before, but I feel better commenting about this classy football player.
  2. I have always been impressed with Wilson's play. I have also been impressed with Byrd's hustle and hitting (the interceptions help). Yep, when we play a quality quarterback they may be greatly exposed... I hope not. As a casual fan I am impressed with both Byrd and Wilson and not impressed with Whitner. Your point is well taken.
  3. Byrd and Wilson. I even prefer Scott to Whitner. At this point Byrd is a no brainer. Wilson is a great competitor that plays well and fires up the troops. Let's forget Whitners draft position and I think he should be on the bench.
  4. His new nickname should just be "starting safety", along with Byrd.
  5. I think he got charged but it was Maybin that committed it.
  6. If you want an enforcer type... that would be Scott. I don't understand the couple of negarive comments about Wilson, I think he has played well and is one of the teams leaders.
  7. Wilson and Byrd are a great looking team!
  8. Byrd and Wilson should remain at the safety positions. I like Scott, also. Whitner can cheer from the bench.
  9. Thanks for your comments and I will call it a day. As I just mentioned in an earlier comment to another poster... it is just a situation that I find offensive. I would be wise just to live with it and not read more into it than is meant. Thanks.
  10. Sorry to offend you... I try to stay away from arguments on this board; it was just a comment that hit close to my heart. I will have no further comment on this matter.
  11. I appreciate your attempt at humor and I am far from a fan of the Kennedy's. As far as your not being PC; what a lame comment from an obviously intelligent individual. I have volunteered to help with disabled and mentally challenged kids and can only hope you sit back and think about these types of comments. I hope you never have a family situation involving kids like this. The challenges they face deserve better than someone who thinks it is funny to not be "PC". I used to think these types of comments were funny until I got involved trying to help these poor kids and their families. I know that my comments are non-football related but what you have written is just wrong... PC or no PC.
  12. We could do without the retarded and Special Olympics comments...
  13. It was on an interception return. Even watching from the stands it was a grotesque looking injury. You immediately knew it was bad. What a shame, hand down, best cornerback in Bill's history.
  14. The Clarence JV coach would be a much better choice...
  15. It's good to see that the Klarence education paid off. I am awaiting the original poster to agree with all of your comments.
  16. Whitner and McKelvin can learn a lot from a classy, quiet, lead by example individual.
  17. I certainly hope he is better in pass coverage than Fletcher...
  18. Both he and Leodis could take some "class" lessons from McGee.
  19. I think Brennans has some tasty wings...
  20. Is he huge as in just massive or does he look like he is in shape?
  21. It's funny... a lot of people will immediately think of Chandler, but any Bill's fan that had the pleasure to watch him play will tell you just how special of a player he was (at the same time calling him underrated).
  22. I am a BUFFALO Bills fan, have been for well over 40 years and will cease to root for them if they move. Ralph Wison may belong in the Hall of Fame for his AFL efforts but I consider him a poor owner considering his "devotion" to winning.
  23. The best QB we have ever had in Buffalo. However... he should have LED them out of the pre Super Bowl parties earlier in the mornings.
  24. Wow... 25 years. Let's see. you started being a "fan" around 1983 or 1984. Do you even know who Hank Bullough, Kay Stevenson and Harvey Johnson are? Your becoming a "fan" was just a couple years before respectability started and shortly thereafter led to the Super Bowl years. Try being a fan from the beginning of the franchise. Wow... 25 years; that gives you the right to call out any fan that dares criticize this organization? Try sitting through the really rough years at the Rockpile. I have always been and will always be a BUFFALO Bills fan but reserve everyone's right to express there displeasure with this disfunctional organization. I am not a fan of the overrated Ralph Wilson but will never waver in my support of the city of Buffalo, the Buffalo Bills or the right to enjoy spirited discussions with either negative or positive fans. If the fans of the Buffalo Bills irritate you, why don't you find another team?
