    Met him at a church function when I was pretty young. I remember his discussing how he had to work an additional job (along with being a Bill)... how times have changed!

    When asked that question (homosexual) in the movie "Stripes"... Harold Ramis... "No, but we would be willing to learn".

    Harry Jacobs... met him as a kid. I will always remember what a "regular guy" he was and the fact that he told us he had to work a second job to make ends meet. Todays' NFL players probably could not even grasp that concept.

    He was terrible in pass coverage, athleticism or not...

    I am glad he is gone but he was not granted any favors by MCD/Beane with the loss of Woods and Watkins and the addition of Tolbert. Again, he deserved to be fired but part of our offensive woes were due to a lack of talent.

    If you can find a biography on Murphy, he is a very interesting story. I was on his high school team, he was a star in three sports and the nicest guy you could ever meet. Not surprised he would make a statement like that. It's a helluva story making the Redskins as a free agent in the George Allen era and where his career led him after his playing days.

    And some of our younger fans think this stretch of poor play is tough. The Harvey Johnson era was really "special"...

    After these 3 performances how in the world can you say this team is alive for the playoffs? Mathematically, of course, but come on...

    And who is responsible for the lack of talent? Sure, some players don't quit but based on these three performances it is not just lack of talent.

    Bottom line... the team quit in three consecutive games. That is on the coach.

    If you are in your 60's and have followed this team since its inception, feel free to critique his comments. I love the Bills and always support them but to be a fan all of these years... patience wears thin.
