By leadership I was referring to his appearing to be out of shape and being more of a comedian than a take charge leader.

I am amazed that Dawkins has not had a serious injury. A 400 pound out of shape NFL player is a huge risk for a leg injury. With our tackle “depth” we could end up in even worse shape than we are. I hope he stays healthy and turns things around but right now he is a huge liability.

.Dawkins is such a poor reflection on our coaching staff. Ok, I know he has a big contract and would be hard to move on from but it is ridiculous to have this guy show up every year more out of shape. He shows no leadership skills and comes across as a fat clown. He holds a premier position and has turned into, at best an average left tackle. I really am disappointed that something can’t be done about this. Maybe behind the scenes McD is all over him but I doubt it. I really feel that his attitude and conditioning has negatively affected the entire team.

Eating his way out of the league. I miss the days where a coach would berate a player for being so fat and out of shape.

Tired of this obese, out of shape slob. sets a terrible example and is a waste of space. One of the “leaders” on this team… what a joke.

I did the best search I could before I posted this… I have youtubetv and the nfl Sunday ticket. When looking to see if I can watch tonight’s game the best I can tell is that I can only see it on a delay. Can someone please advise if I missed something? I think I saw that it is on NFL Network tomorrow morning… was hoping to watch it live. I appreciate any guidance.

Klein has his limitations but seems like the best bet for now. Best run stopper and I know he is not the best pass defender but don’t let an effective running game against us set up weakened pass plays.

He has regressed big time. I know quality left tackles don’t grow on trees but he is not the player he was a couple of years ago.

At least one daughter would be about 13. My brothers daughter (who is an eighth grader) plays on her travel team.

I like this signing but let’s not forget this offensive line is far from overpowering and we have made one changes with the new guard grading low on run blocking.
