That was the single greatest thing about teaching remotely. It was amazing. The mute button with the ability to lock it out so people couldn't unmute themselves. Blissful.

Things that really piss you off when driving.

I don't understand the issue. I've used EZ-Pass since I lived on Grand Island in the early 1990's. It's worked absolutely fine in multiple states for nearly 30 years. I've had accounts with NY, PA, NJ, and Delaware River Port Authority before this. No issues. Every now and again the battery in a transponder would die and you'd get a string of tickets that were easily resolved with no penalty, a new tag came in the mail and you went about your business. Maryland since about last fall has been absolute garbage in every way possible. -

When Maryland can't deal with my EZ-Pass. Tolls not registered, tolls registered on the account but I get violations from neighboring states anyway, calling to refresh a credit card speaking to a human who adds the information only to have it not work a week later and have to repeat the entire process over again. You name it. Got a violation today from Delaware for non-payment of a toll last month. Fun fact. I drove through two toll plazas in DE that day. Half an hour apart. Only one violation came. Further fun fact. Pulled up the account register, the toll was dinged off my account and paid on the day it occurred. Maryland apparently screwed up paying Delaware for one toll, but not both which makes zero sense whatsoever. This is after a string of violations that came last month from MD, NJ, PA, and NY on a day we drove to RI and the EZ-Pass just decided to not work. No reason. The account was fine, the tag was fine, just nothing processed through MD's garbage system so I got a series of violations in the mail from 4 different states. MD EZ-Pass sucks and they are getting fired. Today. Further annoyance. All the other states had some sort of pay-by-mail markup. Whatever, that's to be expected. Delaware made a 3 dollar toll into a 53 dollar bill. That's ridiculous. If you drive down DE route 1 with no EZ-pass they will charge you 106 dollars to do it. For those who don't know, that's about a 40 mile ride between the 2 tolls. They already triple the tolls on weekends to take advantage of shore traffic from $2 to $6, then they add fees like that for not having EZ-Pass? Crazy. If you went to the beach and back on a weekend without EZ-Pass they'd send you a bill for $212. -
So you're suggesting that Von was ineffective last year because on all of those plays where he attempted to circumnavigate the Earth in order to get to the QB he was actually setting the tackle up for a sick move that never came because he was on the bench?

The Bills do not have an illustrious history at that position. It's like they didn't know TEs were allowed to catch passes for most of their history. We very rarely had a good one in offense and defensively TEs have killed us forever and continue to do so.

Dude wrecked his knee...and then played on it because the team needed him to. Good to know Miller can at least get sacks off people who never played football before.

Yeah, and having it at Ralph Wilson Park would be embarrassing.

Having this at the stadium would be a complete waste. Of course, it does maximize the money going back into Terry's pocket and lets him show of his new shed.

Send them all NFTs of a 10 and a 5.

Yup. If you're not gonna good enough someone wants to see what a world class athlete can do with your spot.

Yeah, when your own family won't speak to you it usually means you're a pretty good dude. -

Someone explain to me how a player who doesn't grasp zone well will do better as a safety? Safety is all about reading the play, not just chasing a guy around the field. -

I think if we just labeled more people "SLOW!" It would help out quite a few things. -
He had a rib injury from at least the middle of December forward and he had a wrist injury before that and he was on the injury report and missed practice multiple times. Anyone who had ever had one understands that rib injuries suck and they really only get better with rest.

AI is just picking up what TV marketing is putting down. All sorts of "food" on TV isn't edible.

Yeah I read about that. Even if the suit is successful they wont close, they'll just owe a minor investor a check. I'm more worried about them getting so big they lose quality control. The first time I went there was during COVID. It was the main location out in Charlton, MA and it was pickup only and there was a whole procedure. Basically you paid online and then lined up in your car and they'd bring the stuff out to you. So we show up to pick up the beer, the line was easily 35 minutes long when we got there and just in the short time we were able to observe other cars getting order we saw people filling up pickup trucks with beer at like $125 a case. Thousands of dollars of beer were loaded in the time it took them to grab our paltry 2 case order form inside and load it into my car. When we were pulling out the pickup line was at least 20% longer than when we'd originally gotten into it. They made an absolutely stupid amount of money and that was just one day of operations. I went to the main location again on my way home from Maine in 2022 and it was still absolutely mobbed, fully open now, still mobbed with people there and also many people like me who had put in a pickup order who were just in and out. They have something like 5 locations now, my wife went to the one on Cape Cod this past March to grab me some stuff when she was on a college visit with my son. You are correct, Trillium is good. IMO TreeHouse is much better. If you're up in that area again, Bissell Brothers in Portland, ME is also quite enjoyable.

I was always a John's man when I lived on the Island. Beach House for wings though. I'll give that spot a try next time I'm up there.

Stone is another one. Bought by Sapporo a couple years ago. We've gotten Stone out here for a long while now though. I've enjoyed it a time or twenty. Do they still brew Arrogant Bastard?

Elysian isn't bad. I think they got bought out by one of the big beers though, I think InBev. Increased distribution which can be good in theory, but now it's just another brand in the world of InBev. A lot of craft breweries are struggling right now which TBH is probably good. There were too many and a lot of them didn't have good product. That's capitalism. It bothers me when a decent one closes up or sells out though. This reminds me, I need to go back to Massachusetts soon. My stash of TreeHouse is running low.
