Considering the egregious nature of some of the uncalled stuff against PSU the Irish are going to be ready to fight in the parking lot after that one.

The next generation of complaints.  It's good, I was tired of hearing about the phantom clipping call. Now they can change it up.

Allar's decision making is suspect. On the previous series, he had an easy dump off to Warren for at least 5 yards, but he decided to run for no gain. Plays like that are Allar's m.o.

Allar is the wish dot com version of the Wyoming Josh Allen.

I walked out of the room (well it was more of a stomp) and misssed the PI call.

    Was it legit?

No, it was Allar lofting a terrible ball into triple coverage though.

    Fair questions.

Seattle is a longer trip/flight for the home team - 2  3/4 hr - ish.  San Francisco and AZ are about the same length of flight, 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 ish.

All of the stadia are open (AZ has a retractable roof) but the open stadia in San Fran and Seattle sometimes admit pouring rain, which is probably something LA doesn't want to deal with.

AZ is gonna be easier to handle last minute logistics of hotel rooms for players, staff, and media than San Francisco would be.

It's only a 2 hr adjustment for Minnesota to LA, so it takes an hour off, and gives the Rams an hour, but I don't think that's a big deal

The Rams are used to playing home games at a neutral site.

Absolute worst case you just don't field the punts.

I don’t think McD would dare bring up a PS player in a playoff game.

Me neither, but I could see Hyde dress for that role in a pinch.

Hardy does offer emergency DB depth also which could be a factor.

Broncos have definitely had some huge sack games. 7 against the bengals. I think 6 against the Bucs.

It seems like the games where they didn’t get a lot of sacks, they struggled more.

if we don’t give up more than 1-2 sacks, it’s going to be tough for them to get us “off schedule.”

I posted the breakdown above. They didn't really get to mobile guys that much and they struggled to beat those guys. They got to Burrow 7 times but Burrow's line blocks like they hate him normally. Herbert only 5 times in 2 games. They got Mahomes 4 times and really should have won that game and Mayfield 7 times and beat them so there is that concern but as we know,  teams that play a lot of man and blitz have trouble with Josh's legs and Josh looks to run on them. If they really commit to spying Josh the backs will eat through the air.

He had a neck injury but could have rehabbed and returned; at the same time his wife had breast cancer and they had 4 young children and he chose to be with them instead. Her name is on the breast cancer hospital here at Ohio state.

He did return for Cleveland briefly after the Bills traded him there for "past considerations" (literally nothing)

Spoiler - Chiefs beating Packers in Super Bowl...

WC: BUF over DEN, BAL over PIT, LAC over HOU, GB over PHI, TB over WAS, LAR over MIN

DIV: BAL over BUF, KC over LAC, LAR over TB, GB over DET

CH: KC over BAL, GB over LAR

    SB: KC over GB

The Packers. Who were 1-5 in their own division and have a broken QB. Yeah. Sure.

Two losses to DET, 2 losses to MIN, and loss to PHI...but now they beat any of them. Guess 6 time is a charm.

Packers are getting boat raced on Sunday.

I’ll be flying high if they win a SB lol, who wouldn’t lol, I was just referring to the expectations that come with having an all time talent at QB, one SB is definitely an organizational failure with that guy.

That being said I’ll take only one and be damn well thankful for it lol.

I won't know what to do with myself after one. Sure the requisite drinking and shouting, breaking of furniture, animal sacrifice, and public nudity, but what then? WHAT THEN????

Yeah, the Vikings were amazing that year. But that game was played in New Orleans. Favre got beat to a pulp and that's when that whole "bounty" scandal took place. I remember that game well mainly because I remember thinking it could be Favre's last game but he ended up coming back another year

Until the Bills ended him. Good old Arthur Moats

They all went to St. Francis like myself, but they all played for St. John Fisher in college football (D3).  Caldwell, Telesco, C. Polian were all buds, kind of close, but not the same year as Daboll.  Polian was in homeroom with one of my cousins for four years as Frannies does homeroom alphabetically.  Then they split off based on their academic abilities.

My brother and every cousin went to Frannies so have some history.  They’ve all lost their jobs as of recently, but doesn’t mean they may not regain these positions in other places.  I didn’t know them.

You got the good Polians. I got Dennis. 😂  (I kid, Dennis was a good kid)

Yeah, but I was looking forward to throwing suction cup dildos at the broadcast window.

  11. In case anyone was wondering here is how the Broncos sacks shake out per QB.

    Lamar - 1 - L

    Herbert - 5 (2 games) 2L

    Burrow - 7 L

    Mayfield - 7 W

    Mahomes - 4 L

    Wentz - 5 W

    Geno - 2 L

    Fields - 2 L

    Rodgers - 5 W

    Carr - 6 W

    Cousins - 4 W

    Richardson - 2 W

    O'Connell - 5 W

    Minshew - 3 W

    Crab Legs - 3 W

    Young - 2 W

    Feel better? I did.

The Steelers have absolutely owned Lamar. The last game was the only game where he was ok. Anyone that thinks the Steelers have no chance is crazy. They are very live in this one. I hate the Steelers offense so much and Russel Wilson is a complete zero….but if they get anything from the offense they can beat Baltimore

I agree with this, but just like we have thing we agree are always the case about Buffalo, my buddy has harped for years on Steelers, away, after 1 o'clock, is a losing proposition. TBH he's been right pretty often.

I think it's a foregone conclusion this happens but if the Steelers can focus more on the Ravens running game this could pull it close enough that a few Pickens drops won't hurt as much as usual

Temps above freezing, moderate wind, no precip for Baltimore Saturday night.

Pickens better understand that he can't have another game like that really ever and still be considered a serious WR by anybody, certainly not in Pittsburgh or anywhere else that has even remotely chilly weather from time to time.

I was at that one- a nerve racking, closely contested contest.

And although the Point Spread doesn’t reflect it, I am concerned it will be another.

Sean Payton is an excellent HC, who has got his young QB Nix, firing on all cylinders. And on the other side, the Doncos D leads the NFL in sacks by far! It is, as good as the 1991 version.

There is a Playoff Stat showing when the Offence with the #1 Protection Line goes up against the #1 Sack Leader, the D has won every time (4x I believe)

Thankfully, we have the Unicorn, but combine the cold and 37% precipitation factors at OP, and it will be close.

The Bills will be in the Divisional, but it will be no beat down.

The 12th Man better be out in force both weeks!

    Bills by 3 scores Sunday.

    It's going to be Belichick.

Florio just posted a story about a guy with ties to Freddie Kitchens (who is on the UNC staff, served as interim HC and is supposed to be Belichick's OC there) being hired on the defensive side of the ball at UNC.

That's a clue, according to Florio, that Belichick is planning to leave and Kitchens will be HC at UNC and the college will have $10 million extra.

    I think it makes sense.

Didn't Belichick have a clause put in that his successor was supposed to be his kid? Unless of course his kid follows him to Vegas.

Another one of Polian's Buffalo guys gets canned.    Was he the last one standing or am I forgetting somebody still active?

Telesco and Daboll were at Frannies at the same time. 2 years apart. Brian Polian was also there at that time.
