88 they won it early too I believe
Yes, they clinched the division in week 12 that year. On November 20th.
They also didn't go to the Super Bowl that year which is why I didn't list it.
1989 they clinched the division in the last week of the season if anyone was wondering.

It was very cold. Game time temp of 9 with 20+ mph wind.

One year we clinched late on a Nick Lowery chip shot in a blizzard that he missed and the Bills won like 16-14You're close. 1993, week 17 v. the Jets. Cary Blanchard missed 3 FGs that day including one in the last minute, Bills won 16-14. Wasn't snowing that day though, but it was cold.

Just like in our Super Bowl years. Always had the Division wrapped up way early
Yeah, this isn't true.
1990- won division in week 16 of 17
1991- clinched early
1992- didn't win the division
1993- week 17 of 18

The Bears need to finally dump the "GSH" from their jerseys. How long has he been dead for?
The family still owns the team so that seems unlikely

Yes, but it feels like they've all been fairly recently.

It could happen, but I think they've got at least 2 more Ls on tap.

For real that line is playing well, Saquon is playing out of his mind, Hurts is playing well and he has Smith and Brown to chuck it to.
If anything, the Eagles look like the NFC version of the Bills rn.
And the fans hate Sirianni. Go figure.

What’s very clear this week is that the Bills are championship quality. We should start getting excited - or at least as excited as Bills fans can get

I'll say one thing, I drive a heckuva lot faster now than I did when I moved out of WNY. Part of it is driving on 95 regularly where if you aren't going 10 over the limit you're in danger of getting killed. Part of it is that local PA cops aren't allowed to have radar so there aren't nearly as many speed traps as there are in NY. Part of it is the speed limits have all gone up. When I was going back and forth across the state as a college student the limit on the PA Tpk was 55. Now it's 70.
A couple weeks ago I got passed on Rt. 1 by a guy easily going 110+. Easily. Then a couple seconds later a state trooper went flying by. Then about 30 seconds after that 2 more staties flew by. We eventually caught up to the whole group and waved on the way by. That gentleman was having a bad day. Very bad.

And to ensure that lots of people knew you screwed up, he would roll up all the windows and turn the radio up, because if he could not hear you from inside the car, you were not doing it right. He even had a printout of what to say to the stop sign for you to read.
Sounds exactly like the sort of guy you'd want to hand all sorts of power.

I guess I'd go with possibly Raiders giving Jeff George 5 years/26 million in the mid-1990s. That was real money back then.
Jeff George at least had a couple of really good seasons with Atlanta before that.
I was thinking about the contract Detroit gave Scott Mitchell and honestly the contract Buffalo gave Rob Johnson.

I am surprised they can locate their addresses.
Why? You don't need to be a genius to follow someone home from work. Lots of players drive pretty conspicuous vehicles and they all have very predictable daily schedules and work locations.

I don't think I did say you said that.
I'm also curious what I said makes me ultra sensitive about criticism of immigrants?
