  1. It requires the other linebackers to keep their arms and legs attached which seems to be problematic. Apart from that? Go for it. Playing downhill is Dorian's strength. The less reading and dropping he has to do the better. Let him attack.
  2. Must not make a dirty reply ....must not make a dirty reply.....must not make a dirty reply ....
  3. They stunk WITH them, not because of them. Big difference. The Jets still have several guys I'd love to have. What QB are they targeting? Please God let it be Carson Beck.
  4. For Garrett Wilson, I would get absolutely nude. Which is why they will get Cedric Wilson.
  5. If they find a way to spend more resources on the withered husk of Von Miller I might have an aneurysm.
  6. Why? The pick is the pick and they know he's a rental, especially here. Take the best pick you can get.
  7. I feel like every time I flip on a Saints game I'm watching him drop a pass. I'm sure that's not the case, but it sure feels like it.
  8. I meant the basketball arena, not the field house, but yeah this is why they don't have a stadium. They haven't asked the boosters to buy them one. Either that or the boosters haven't ponied up. It's difficult to do at a school that doesn't really have a lot of football tradition. There aren't a bunch of wealthy alumni with fond football memories who want to fund the program to be a winner. The other reality is that mid-major programs are going to struggle in the coming years as the gap between the haves and have nots grows. If you get a very good player, it's going to be very, very hard to keep them. Khalil Mack never spends his full career in Amherst in the current world. Nobody in the MAC will ever have a top QB for more than 1 year. Stuff like that. An argument can be made to actually disinvest in football and drop back to FCS where you could be more successful. The MAC TV contract probably funds enough (for now) to prevent that from happening, but sports networks are struggling. As the Big10 and SEC eat up more and more money there will be less for the lower end conferences. As for coaches? They'll never be able to keep a good one. Schools like UB are where lower end Big10, SEC, ACC, and Big12 schools look for up and coming coaches. Those coaches will always take the opportunity when it comes because it's more money and the path to the top. Same thing with basketball. UB was never ever going to be able to keep Bobby Hurley for longer than they had him.
  9. I teach too. I don't get why everyone gets so bent out of shape about it. Kids have always had a stupid thing they say, this is just the current one. they'll sign Wilkins.
  10. my fantasy team appreciates every single one. Also Joe Flacco. Thank you, Joe Flacco.
  11. He re-established both feet before touching it.
  12. I can understand Denver moving on. He was a 2nd round pick that never really moved the needle for them and didn't seem like he was going to come back from his injury. They would have had to give him a new contract and decided to look elsewhere. Sort of like the Bills moving on from Zach Moss. He had some success after he left but nothing Earth shattering. Even this year, he's been decent for Dallas but I'd argue Rico Dowdle has been the better player that Dallas let walk.
  13. he got hurt and was slow to come back
  14. Thank you for triggering my PTSD in November rather than January.
  15. Dude has made 170 million in the NFL so far. In the current NIL world any QB you draft in the first two rounds is already a millionaire and could still be if they played on a winning team. Stetson Bennett was a millionaire coming out of Georgia and really wasn't very good there nor was he a big NFL prospect.
  16. He got paid way more playing football. You get paid as a mediocre NFL QB. If he doesn't hit, he doesn't make it out of AA baseball.
  17. Donors usually foot the bill for big chunks of that stuff. They pay, you get, but yes you are right the stadium and facilities in general are a problem for growth of the programs.
  18. Fair, but can we count on Dallas' defense to stop a strong breeze?
  19. I was thinking Calais Campbell. At least it keeps him out of Baltimore again.
  20. Unfortunately this game is going to keep some pieces in Arizona.
  21. Good. The more it's used by adults the sooner it will be uncool and go away.
  22. I'm going to guess Alan Lazard (with a retain) and Riq Woolen Though, now that I say that, Woolen feels way more like a Jerruh move.
