Eagles HC Pederson on the hot seat with job status
That's No Moon replied to Greg S's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
And wentz was the mvp of the league before he got hurt that year but don't let that stop him. The Eagles without DiFillipo and Reich haven't been good offensively. -

Without Reich their offense has stunk He's also playing behind the worst online I can remember and is getting beaten to a pulp every snap. Some of it is on Wentz but there aren't a lot of QBs who would look good in that situation. -
Right, but that's the Titans, Browns, Steelers, Ravens, Patriots and honestly the Colts. Realistically in round 1 you're looking at titans, colts, browns, ravens, raiders, patriots or dolphins. Of that list most people would probably pick the Raiders or Dolphins. The Raiders beat KC once and gave them a helluva game the second time. If it's the Dolphins you'd be looking at playing them for a third time and in back to back weeks which is less than ideal. The next two would probably be the Patriots and Browns and I'm not interested in playing the Patriots a third time given our struggles with them including this year. I know we won the game, but if you weren't worried at the end of that game you are lying and they can shut down an offense with the best of them. Do you want a close game against BB in January? No thank you, they can go beat someone else. The Browns will be a difficult matchup for us based on their running game and Myles Garrett. Mayfield is a liability for them but if we can't stop Chubb and Hunt it won't matter. The next two for me are the colts and ravens. The colts are well coached, have a variety of running backs and a good defense. Rivers isn't great and he can be a turnover machine at times but again, they want to run it and play off that. I also have a tremendous amount of respect for Frank Reich to put together a gameplan. The ravens have lost their mojo a little bit and I might be overrating them a little but they WILL run the ball and they WILL be physical on D. I want no part of Tennessee. They do everything that we struggle to stop. They run the ball downhill with a big physical back, they play action pass to the tight end and work the middle of the field with WRs, and they have a QB who can escape and run bit also RPO if you key too hard on Henry. Again, someone else can enjoy them in the opening round. I don't think they get in the division race but they are def in WC situation.

seriously. they produced way too many and everyone saved them. take every card you can find from the late 80's and 90's and just set them on fire. if enough people do that some of them might end up being worth something.

They just made Denver play a meaningful game with no QBs in the same week that they delayed Pittsburgh and Baltimore. I don't trust the league to do anything fairly, justly, or correctly. Have a kicker on stand-by. Furthermore, I don't trust Corey Bojorquez to punt or hold RIGHT NOW so I really don't want him placekicking anything. Ever.

I broke an ottoman when Stevie Johnson dropped that TD vs. Pittsburgh. It was inadvertent, I stood with my hands up when I saw he had a chance and then just Hulk smashed when he dropped it. I also accidentally pulled some stitches in my mouth screaming at my TV during the Titans Forward Lateral. I had wisdom teeth removed the day before and I wasn't fully with it so I plead mental incompetence on that one.

The problem become if you lose your kicker on a Saturday and don't have time to sign a guy and clear him through protocols. You put him on the PS just to get him through protocol in advance. IMO this NEEDS to happen. Kickers don't matter until they matter. I don't want to go into a playoff game with no kicker because we didn't both to stash one.

Playoff Machine is up and running
That's No Moon replied to Orlando Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It should concern people that most of those teams like and want to run the football. -
I feel like there is probably a microfilm of it somewhere at a minimum. NY public library would be my starting point. I'm not sure where you are, but the erie county library downtown has it on microfilm back to 1955 apparently. Lots of libraries seem to have it, you can search by zip code. https://www.worldcat.org/title/village-voice/oclc/11168826

Original Rich stadium scoreboard
That's No Moon replied to jkx2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, that was the original one at the new arena that fell. The old one at the Aud hung there until they demolished the building. I agree that it would be cool to have at least a panel of it somewhere but you don't really realize how big those things are, even the small ones. The thing I always wanted out of the Aud was the big buffalo medallion that hung in the wall in the main entrance. -

Flores: Tua benched, not hurt
That's No Moon replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Which team are they? The team that is one very unfortunate play from being 8-2 or the team that is two very fortunate plays away from being 5-5? -

I do. Doesn't mean I want to see him in that situation again. I can't think of a QB in the league who is more of a flip a coin player than him and I'm not interested in having a guy that I know can show up and throw for 400 yards totally out of the blue like he can. I'd rather see a rookie who has never played in that stadium before in what will likely be less than ideal conditions come out and try to win. -

I have zero desire to be playing a week 17 game against Fitz in a game that matters. None. Zip.
