  1. If this is what he is in the NFL they can enjoy Chad Pennington 2.0. He won some games but there's not enough there.
  2. He strikes me as Chad Pennington at the moment.
  3. And we see why SF was right not to give it to him.
  4. Let's hope she's not an education or criminal justice major (because all the education she's been working to pay for is pretty much wasted at this point). If it's law she can probably consider it an internship.
  5. It's not what they look like, it's what they are willing to do at the price point. Doubt his Gram handle is kalabrya
  6. I don't think the sign is bad juju per se. I think it's thinking a little small. It's basically impossible to troll Patriots fans right now as Bills fans and they were given the chance to put that anywhere in the world. Times Square would have been nice. Figure out the busiest interstate interchange in the country and stick it there. I dunno, anywhere other than Foxborough. If I'm a Pats fan I look at that and say awe, isn't that cute, as I polish my rings.
  7. That's true and we need to reevaluate going into the week, but if that ends up being the scenario, Baltimore needs to be out.
  8. When given the right team? Jesus, that was the second to last year he coached. And then he turned around with that right team and went 8-8. C'mon.
  9. Their offense is broken right now. They can't run the ball effectively and Ben is struggling mightily to throw the ball downfield. Whether that's his post surgery arm or his knee or a combination of both IDK. Their entire offense is a short passing game. That's hard to sustain in general, but its even worse when you lead the league in dropped passes. Nope.
  10. I went to school an hour from Pittsburgh too and I can tell you with certainty that there are plenty of people out there who hate Tomlin for reasons other than football. His winning percentage is better than Cowher's. He's reached and won as many Super Bowls as Cowher. Tomlin has never had a losing record. Cowher had a losing record 3 times. Cowher missed the playoffs 5 times in 11 years. Tomlin missed the playoffs 5 times in 14 years so far. Yet Cowher is a God in that town and as you point out there are a large number of people who would have Tomlin fired tomorrow. Hmmm....
  11. anyone who looks at that should be willing to do anything possible to keep the Ravens out of the playoffs. If losing to Miami in Week 17 keeps them out that's as good as beating them head to head IMO.
  12. I swear to God it felt like it was never going to happen again. ***** NEW ENGLAND, ***** MIAMI, LETS. *****. GO.
  13. Dude, I am still weepy as hell. Granted, not sober but still.
  14. To hell with it. I'm in. I resisted it due to the PTSD of Bills fans fans but ***** I'm in. Let's f'ing go.
  15. I was 18 and still a season ticket holder bro. I hadn't moved away yet. That was the year I left. They haven't won the division since. I was a completely different person at that point in my life. I was barely out of high school. Now I'm married, have a career. I have kids. I have a wife. It's CRAZY how much different my life is now. If any kids are reading this boomer thread, appreciate what you have now. seriously.
  16. I have a dilemma today. My son has a 315 hockey game. We won't be home until nearly six. Watch the game on my phone as i keep time in the box and listen on Sat radio on the way home or try to go off the grid and watch it all when I get home?
  17. He dislocated his elbow during the game last week. They braced it up and he got back in the game but it's not fun. Having a backup center you can put in without moving all the guards is probably a good thing.
  18. With where the Bills and Allen are right now I need a QB that come come off the bench and win a game or two if Allen gets banged up. Barkley isn't that guy. Whether it's Fitz or some other more competent QB I'd like them to have someone better for that situation.
  19. He could do it or at least get very close on Saturday. Nice weather in Denver, the Denver D is down a ton of corners and is fairly stout against the run. Feels like a throw a lot game where there will many people very open.
  20. Given that he has looked so good as a rookie it makes me wonder if they will want to have continuity. Obviously they will have a new ST coach and maybe a new HC but the problem with a new HC is it probably means a new OC unless they elevate the OC to the top job. Shane Steichen is the gentleman's name. He's 35 years old which seems to fit the profile of what people are doing these days. One problem with that thought is he has only been the OC for a year and a half, but he has been with the Chargers for 9 years and was QB coach before he was OC.
  21. I got it. Still made we wonder. Peyote?
  22. That happens when he sees below average QBs he thinks he can fix.....
