People seem a little too worried that Poyer is inactive. I don't share that same thought. I'm definitely not expecting the defense to be better WITHOUT Poyer, but I've had a different feeling for our defense this year than previous. Not saying it WILL happen, but don't be surprised if the defense plays lights out today. Maybe I'm just a fool. But I'm just not as worried as other people. I might be singing a different tune towards the end of the game though. But that's the beauty of it. We just never know. Let's Go Bills.

Just got the text. Also didn't see Banyard as inactive... very interesting...

Honestly speaking, what i said wasn't necessarily a shot at Tolbert, but more so that I've wanted Banyard to back up McCoy as the running back since preseason. I definitely don't mind giving the big guy the carries on 3rd and shorts (with some playaction hopefully because everybody knows when it's 3rd n short and Tolbert is on the field, it's almost a guarantee we're running), but I never really felt comfortable with Tolbert being the #2 guy in case McCoy got hurt. I think Banyard has a similar running style as Shady (or at least more similar than the other backs we have), plus, isn't afraid to find holes in the middle while Shady looks to go to the edges. But yeah, my comment wasn't really a knock on Tolbert, just more a personal preference on liking Banyard as the #2 back.

I can see that point of view, but what I saw was not the Bucs showing the rest of the league how to beat the Bills defense, but instead, the Bills defense having way too much confusion on the field. I'm not thinking the Bills defense will dominate (though you never know), but I'm expecting the defense to play sound, tough, go get the ball defense like they been playing all year. I'm not a trust the process guy yet, but I do trust Leslie Frazier and our players on the field to take care of their job. With Dareus being gone, instead of freaking out like i may have before in previous seasons, I find myself looking for who will be the next man up that will surprise us. From watching very little game highlights on the Raiders, I feel like it will be an easy game if we can disrupt the passer. So if our Dline and our LBers play at a high level, the secondary will have an easy day at work. I'm not expecting much from our defensive ends as far as stats, but since Carr gets rid of the ball so quick, all I hope from them is pressure the QB as quick as possible.

I had a feeling it was a bad record but i didn't know it was that bad... i still feel ok about this game though. We should be ok.
