By first year are you referring to two WHOLE weeks? -

I don't understand why fans are divided as if they're competing to say "I told you so" first. Don't we all know that Tyrod doesn't release the ball on time on this Dennison "time based" offense? Don't we all know that our wide receivers never get picked in fantasy football because everybody knows Tyrod only throws to running backs and Tight Ends? Aren't we all sick of how unproductive the passing game is? Can't we read between the lines when opposing teams say things like "we forced him to be a QB" when talking about Tyrod? Nate may succeed maybe he won't. But a change needed to be made. Just wish the kid success and stop with the negativity man. -

I don't believe (or at least hope not) that the people who are excited for the QB change (myself included) are thinking that Nate is going to step in and "light it up". We're excited to have a head coach who isn't stubborn and is willing to make any and every change possible to put together a solid team and not pay attention to outsiders saying that a QB change with a winning record doesn't make sense. We have a coach who knows in his heart that we shouldn't even BE 5 and 4. As far as Nate goes, McCoy said it best. Nobody knows what Nate will do. He might throw 4 touchdowns or he might throw 4 picks. Nobody knows. But what WE as fans know is, he will at LEAST throw the ball and he will have more than 56 yards. -

True. Could be MANY reasons. But I wouldn't call him a liar for doing what he did. -

1. I don't see it that way. I look at it more like, I'm not going to make a rash decision and answer a tough question RIGHT after a game and let it sink in a bit. Also I like the fact that it wasn't leaked info and everybody was surprised by the move. 2. So if you're a WR for the Buffalo Bills, do you think TT gives you the best chance to win? Wide Receivers get paid to just show up and run meaningless routes when TT is QB. 3. The flip side to that is he does well and gains confidence no? All in all, TT wasn't cutting it and Peterman fits the time based system better. TT holds on to the ball longer than any QB in the NFL. Got sacked 7 times against the Jets (O-line is to blame also), then goes and throws for 56 yards against the Saints. 56 man. Never forget... -

Hey man, I may not know much, but I know one thing. With a man like Kyle Williams on defense, he won't allow anyone to quit. I don't think they quit and I can't figure out what's wrong with the D but I know we have to clean it up. But quitting isn't the reason. That much Im sure of. -

Sorry. When I read dumb comments I have a habit of responding with a dumb one right back. -

Hey I'm with you man. I don't think there's a Bills fan who actually studies football who actually thinks Dennison's offense is best suited for our players, but what we DO know is that Nate fits this system better than TT so for that reason alone, I'm excited to see the chains moving on offense once again. Also to people who think Nate might fail. So what? It's the MOVE itself we should be excited about, not the QB. We finally have a coach who isn't stubborn and isn't afraid to put himself in front of the media for making tough decisions. A person with less heart and more stubborn would of stuck with TT after throwing 56 yards. It's simply unacceptable and I respect McDermott for making the move. It sends a signal to the team saying, hey guys, this is your "job" and NOBODY is given anything. You gotta earn it. -

Love the move. I respect McDermott for making the change. I honestly didn't think he would. There's only one thing I can guarantee. Peterman will throw more than 56 yards. Even if the Peterman move doesn't work out, it at least shows me that our head coach isn't stubborn and is willing to make changes in ANY position who he feels is underperforming. I respect the move McDermott. You have gained my respect once more. -

I was never a fan but he did wow me earlier in the season with some of his footwork in the pocket and a few throws. I also was a part of the "he gives us the best chance to win" crowd. But I've seen enough my friend. I obviously still have to root for him to succeed since McDumbdumb wants to keep him as the starter, but I will never forget the 56 yards. Nope. Not happening.

Phillip Rivers enters concussion protocol
HuSeYiN_NYC replied to HumbleAndHungry's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Concussion protocol for any NFL team who is not the Bills = Good chance of playing Concussion protocol for the Bills = Out at least 4 weeks Also: Questionable for any NFL team who is not the Bills = More than likely playing Questionable for the Bills = (see concussion protocol) Day to Day for the Bills = Doubtful -
Bills D has quit on the fans
HuSeYiN_NYC replied to Norwood for Wall of Fame's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah thats up there also in terms of horrible performance. But I believe 56 still tops that. Don't get me wrong. 6 rushing TDs and over 300 yards on the ground is like Madden on easy numbers. But 56 bro. 56 -
Don’t use “ Garbage time” excuse!
HuSeYiN_NYC replied to Buffalo Boy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Boyyyyy u better STOP giving this man more yards than he earned... flip those numbers around... That dude had 56 yards... 50, 6... Tyrod had garbage time at the end also n still couldn't do anything... unforgivable performance. 56 yards... im never gonna forget that... I seriously can't forget it... man can't ever get 300. More oftenn than not can't even get more than 200, BARELY passes over 150 n now this. 56... #neverforget56 -

56 yards... #neverforget -
Tyrod has deeper mental issues. He's afraid to make mistakes which he doesn't realize is, by doing that, he makes mistakes... He doesn't throw the ball for fear of throwing interceptions and he doesn't audible cuz he's afraid of a delay of game. 56 yards gentlemen and ladies... 50 freakin 6
-
OP will live a long life being as calm and believing as he is. I would call him insane but it wouldn't fit him when I'm here stressing over a sports team. Kudos to the OP but I can't agree with anything he said. Bills are out of playoff contention if McD doesn't make SERIOUS changes. QB first, then Oline (Obviously Ducasse gotta go but not only him. Switch it up COMPLETELY. Wood, Incognito and Glenn can hold their positions but the RG and RT position needs changes).
-
It's not an overreaction. It's more of a, ok we're officially done with him and wanna see something else in Peterman mindset. Don't you dare give him 2 free yards. He don't deserve it. It was 56 yards my friend...
-
So u don't care if TT throws interceptions on every pass he throws next week and you expect Peterman to learn from that. Got it. F TT... Take that bum out the starting offense. His throws and movement in the pocket look like he's in practice. Has no excitement in his throws. Peterman at least knows how to plant his feet and release the damn ball before the pocket collapses. Totally disagree with your point. Peterman isn't going to "learn" anything more on the sidelines the rest of this year which he hasn't already. He's as ready as he ever will be as a rookie.
-
It's not just you... Even Ronde Barber said, "that's how you do it". He was commenting on Peterman setting his back foot and releasing the ball on time.
-
Really sucks... TT was a free agent and they agreed on a deal with him to choose the Bills. Then they drafted Peterman. The goal was to have Peterman learn from the sidelines (most likely he learned what NOT to do as a QB) After the way we lost the last 2 games (especially today), we need a QB who can put up some points and move the chains because our defense is struggling in every way possible atm. 56 yards passing as a QB is not even bench worthy I'm sorry... I'm done with this TT gives is the best chance to win bullsh!t... Does he really? Even JP Losman had more than 56 yards... I'm officially on the bring Peterman in bandwagon. I never was... but welcome me to the squad Peterman fans. I'm here...

No i 100% understand what u meant and am smart enough to know exactlywhat you're telling me to take a look at, but what I'm telling you is that I'm taking the ignorant approach and showing him ZERO respect. He doesn't deserve for me to think like a rational human being. -

Actually i don't. 56 yards passing all game gets ZERO respect. TT is a goner for me... his mediocre 130 yard passing games are brutal enough to "analyze". 56 yards deserves NO analysis...
