  1. I guess they knew that the DEF would hold them to FG and wanted some time for some conservative play calls before half
  2. Switched to Red Zone during commercial break and saw the Colts with an INT
  3. Didn’t like the 3rd down swing pass to RB on third down. Then the missed FG
  4. Yes, keep TT unless we get a FRANCHISE or top 10 QB. No retreads,
  5. Tolbert is who I would cut. It put him on IR. I’d trust McFadden more than Tolbert in just about any situation
  6. Rod Smith is a better 3rd down, change of pace back. Alfred Morris is the solid #2 behind Elliot. That leaved McFadden with no clear role.
  7. Darren McFadden to be waived by the Dallas Cowboys. He could improve our backup RB depth. https://twitter.com/RapSheet?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^author
  8. I don't think McD or McB are trying to tank. Their decisions to move Sammy and Marcel were certainly about the future, but McD is trying his best to win with the talent he has. That is what I want from the Bills at this point. Do as well as you can in the present while having and executing a plan for the future. IMHO starting Peterman was because Tyrod hadn't been producing what the team needed on offense in the last few games and he had seen things from Peterman that indicated he had the potential to be an improvement over TT. The moves they have made have opened up cap space and created draft picks to improve the team talent next year. Hopefully, McD and the other coaches can find a way to make the rest of this year's games competitive and maybe even regain some of the form from earlier on in the season. For the rest of this year I will probably record the games and start watching at half-time if they aren't being blown out to keep the Bills from ruining my Sundays.
  9. Interesting comparison between Fitz and Tyrod. Fitz's career QB rating is 79.7. His average yards per game passing is about 203. TT's career QB rating is 92. His average yards per game is 152. Which of the 2 would you rather have?
  10. T Mobile is improving in his ability to read defenses and go through his progressions to find an open receiver. Yes, he missed some open targets, but he also made some good throws. Right now I think that they are limiting the number of passes he makes, favoring the run, to keep the number of turnovers down. Low turnovers along with a good defense is a good recipe for winning games. I hope that they let TT loose against one of the low tier teams (Bengals?) they face this year to help him get into a groove and let him gain confidence in his passing ability. I hope that they can find a replacement for Matthews and maybe move Dawkins over to RT once Cordy is healthy.
  11. I think TT showed improvement in his pocket awareness. He threw the ball away on several occasions where he didn't see anything. He didn't seem to run after his first read. Hopefully, his ability to read through his progressions continues to improve to the point where he is finding an open target rather than throwing the ball away. He could really use a deep threat that can get open in space as TT isn't the type of QB who can make completions to a covered receiver. At least not yet. He is currently 8th in QBR, just behind Dak Prescott and Dereck Carr. He is 14th in passing yards and 10th in QB Rating. Not bad considering all his receivers are new and he had limited reps in pre-season. All and all, not a bad start for TT.
  12. Like many others, it would depend on the degree of cheating. If we're the magnitude of deflate gate, I would be okay with that and a SB. If it were something like bounties for injuries, I wouldn't want to go that far Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hogan had a reputation for being open when he was with the Bills. He probably doesn't get as much separation as a WR like Watkins or Antonio Brown though. So, it takes an accurate QB to get him the ball where he needs it for receptions.
  14. As a counterpoint HOF QB Brady made Chris Hogan look like a super star.
  15. I would be okay with keeping Rex if he could explain why the defense was so bad this year and how he would fix it. I'm thinking that the schemes he uses are no longer effective against modern NFL offenses. Also, he needs to address all of the communication issues and miss-calls. If he is stubborn and says my defense is fine, we just need to execute better, bye-bye! Personally, I think that there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Rex, Rob and Thurman are all Defensive Coordinators. Rex needs to have only one. The DC needs to be held accountable. If Rex took over for Thurman mid-way through the season, then Thurman isn't the right DC. He needs to firm up Robs role as well.
  16. I don't think Cardale can get enough practice reps to give a good indication of his talent level. I would prefer to see more of TT. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. I think the bigger failure is not being able to stop the run with 11 men on the field for the rest of the game Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I want TT to finish the year. As long as they remain in contention for the playoffs, keep TT doing what he does and hope the the cast of WRs improves and that TT get better with his accuracy and ability to cycle through his reads. If the Bills are out of contention, then encourage TT to be more aggressive with his passes. I believe he has been coached to be careful, perhaps too careful, with his throws. Overall, I favor continuity over firing everyone and starting over.
  19. Wow! Great run by Shady. Great blocking too! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Why isn't Darius playing? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Kyle made the Pro Bowl a few times as a 3-4 NT.
