If you want to make fire hydrants that are able to fight 4 or 5 brush fires at the same time it sounds like they need to invent or invest in a pump system to refills the tanks faster than they are being depleted. Obviously the engineers who designed that system didn't envision 4 different fires going at the Sammy time burning down multiple city blocks with thousands of people running garden hoses with lord knows how many being tapped at the same time because the had no air support to fight these fires in hurricane forces winds. It's funny you bring this up about the forests. I was Cruz the area on Google earth last night and wondering where all theses forests were on the hills and valleys? Looks mostly arid.
