  1. Hey, he just likes to smile... or is it that look one gets while on the john with some slight constipation?
  2. A darn shame that Sam Darnold got injured this season and missed some games...as he was on a pace to break Peyton Manning's rookie interception record. Also, sadly it looks like Jets HC Todd Bowles might not survive the season. Again a darn shame that Darnold will need to endure a regime change that might stunt his development. It is also rumored that some unknown NFL team has contacted Jim Harbough's agent to see if he will stay at Michigan. Alas, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has let it be known that should Ole Jim become available he will spare no expense to bring him to Miami. Nevertheless, the Jets do have something over the Buffalo Bills... as that at 3-9 they will get a better spot in the 2019 NFL draft.
  3. Plus, Cam Newton had an actual NFL team around him his rookie season and that 2011 team only went 6-10. All Josh Allen has is adversity. Newton had WR Steve Smith, 79 catches for 1394 yards, TE Greg Olsen, TE Jeremy Shockey, RB DeAngelo Williams. Not to mention a solid offensive line. Allen had a supposed #1 lazy WR that was just cut...
  4. What we all watched with Josh Allen this past week at Miami is almost exactly what you would have seen if you watched him in college at Wyoming in 2017. Just like in Buffalo Allen had a bad line, rookie receivers and not much of a run game. And yet because of his burning desire to win that Wyoming team went 8-5 and won their bowl game too. Josh Allen didn't have a 1000 yard receiver like Josh Rosen throwing those short dump off passes. Nor did he have top talent all around him like some of the other QBs in last years draft. Allen was a project QB and wasn't ready to start out of the gate like some of the others. From what I see Allen went into one of the very worst situations a rookie QB could start in as he was supposed to sit, learn for a year like Patrick Mahomes did in KC. The kid didn't even have a veteran QB on the roster from the start of the season. His experienced QB mentor was Nathaniel Peterman with all his experience in starting 2 games in 2017. And his QB coach had never been a QB coach previously before Buffalo as he was a WR assistant coach. His OC didn't have a history of calling plays for winning NFL offenses and in fact was 23rd or worse in all his five years as an NFL OC. Not to mention that he has never developed a rookie QB in the NFL. Allen's record is currently 3-4 and I can only imagine what this kid could have done this season if he didn't need to overcome so much adversity.
  5. Exhausted is more like it in that heat. It was amazing watching that kid run around like Fran Tarkington (while Allen is at 6'5'' 240lbs) all game long. The total amount of yards he ended up running through the coarse of the game was crazy too. Hopefully at some point Beane finds receivers that comeback to Allen when he starts running around like he does and they actually catch the ball.
  6. Nope, it was unbelievable watching the lack of effort and not caring attitude. That said, I don't fault Beane for bringing KB to Buffalo as he looked like just the player the team needed as that big, tall red zone target this franchise has wanted for a decade. Damn shame he wasn't even anywhere as good as a player like Mohammed Sanu. Like Coach said it brings in to question Beane's ability to evaluate offensive talent. This team will need top receivers, top O linemen and tight ends. Looks like he made another mistake with Nick O' Leary over Logan Thomas.
  7. Beane has made some crappy decisions on wideouts this year... But hey, at least he attempted to bring in a talented big, tall red zone target unlike other past regimes that would just lament that they didn't have that guy. Who would have thought that so much player talent would just be wasted by laziness ... in a contract season no less.
  8. It really was comical watching a bigger, taller QB run away from a supposed speedy linebacker...all game long.
  9. When Beane traded for KB I was so very happy that the Bills finally had that big, tall red zone target AND he had a history of success at Carolina. This guy was playing like he just signed a 100 million dollar contact and turned into a complete bum in Buffalo while in a contract year...dunno why. Now I'm glad that overpaid underachiever is finally gone and was wondering why it took so long.
  10. At this point I just want to see Allen survive the season... with no more running as these games are no longer important. Just work on his pocket presence and if the team gets behind in points don't leave Allen out there to dry by going pass happy all game. Protecting this franchise QB is the most important thing this team should focus on at this time. While Buffalo is still alive at 4-8, the realistic view is they have the Jets, Lions home, @ NE and home against Miami. Doubtful 8-8 gets a playoff spot. More then likely the Bills finish 7-9. JMO
  11. Love the kid... and his burning desire to win. Basically a one man team with one good lineman, one decent receiver. What an exciting game. My favorite part of that Dolphins game was watching Allen (6'5'' 240lbs) literally run away from Kiko time and time again.
  12. No question as the kid is amazing with a burning desire to win. A one man team with one good receiver and one good linemen. Now imagine what he will do with a solid offensive line and receiver corps.
  13. The announcer stated it looked like he slipped going for the catch...should have been caught!
  14. They are giving those smelly fish the win
  15. I did, he is bigger in weight, taller in height then Patrick Mahomes...and also faster in the 40
  16. My fav is when Allen runs away from Kiko
  17. You have no idea... The Bills didn't win a game against the Dolphins for the entire decade of the 1970s. I still hate them and always will.
  18. Refs trying to give the game to Miami
  19. Good lord, thank you. Bills fans seem to be myopic of sorts in that the team has been so devoid of scoring so that when the team finally does make some plays and score they seem oblivious to all else. The Bills play calling worked for three out of ten series and managed to beat two teams on downward spirals that have worse records at 3-8. So Bills fans seem deliriously happy with the OC and blame the lack of talent for past losses. Good to great coaches make the best out of the talent on hand and do not force their players into attempting to make their scheme work, regardless of the situation. Especially when you have such inexperienced young QBs who don't know what they are doing. I can't even imagine what the last two games would have been like had the Bills not taken the lead or had the Jets, Jags a semi competent QB behind center. The Bills play some bad teams ahead 5-6 Miami, home against 3-8 Jets again, Home against the 4-7 Detroit Lions. The 8-3 New England Patriots are the only team the Bills play down the stretch with a winning record and its @ NE. The last game is at home against the Dolphins. Four out of five of those games have somewhat competent QBs so those wins won't be as easy as the Jets, Jags. Kinda funny Bortles was benched and Hackett was fired after that loss to Buffalo. The end result could be as good as 8-8 or even 9-7 should the Bills manage to get McCoy over 20 touches per game, 100 plus yards in each of those games. This will help take the load off the rookie QB. The Bills defense is good enough that with help from the Buffalo run game they could win the rest of their games.
