  1. I wouldn't say all of them but I can think of one
  2. Thankfully, I didn't do Twitter back then and BBMB is burnt to the ground. No evidence of how dumb my takes may have been. I'll hear no Buddy Nix slander though. I heard him before I saw him and I thought the Bills GM was Foghorn Leghorn. I will let nothing sully that memory
  3. The condition would see the clause enacted upon one good post from the aforementioned subject. Unsure if the condition could be met.
  4. I just had a STRONG Mark Anderson flashback.
  5. Oh, that sounds awful. My dad went to school with a Theresa Green back in the 60's. I can imagine a few jokes were had. The future mother of my children has already banned me from naming any of my future offspring as a precautionary measure. I only asked because I was watching him. Game-to-game, I don't think I've seen someone so erratic with peaks and troughs. I think there's enough physical tools to make him QB4 in your preseason 90-man but we do have a similar take on him.
  6. 'Should we trade JoeF for a conditional 7th round selection in 2022 to any fanbase that'll have him?" has a nice ring to it.
  7. Come on. Who in their right mind has the surname Benkert and calls the kid Kurt? Sounds like a cheap James Bond knockoff.
  8. I'd expect nothing less from a divisional foe.
  9. I may have glossed over it but do you have takes about Kurt Benkert? I mean, besides him having the cruelest parents on the planet.
  10. I've got this wonderful feeling that I'm going to be 'on the clock' while I'm in bed and you'll all be cursing my name
  11. The gaudy junior stats caught my eye. I do think the production was a little inflated due to the scheme. Kinda skinny, decent accuracy at the intermediate level, though he lacked the ability to consistently drive the ball. I wouldn't anticipate him being drafted but if he's a smart kid, he'll stick around on a practice squad for a year or two.
  12. Riley broke my grading system. Not in a good way.
  13. You'd better not. I pick 13th
  14. I used First Pick so that I could trade picks. I know I could get Fanspeak premium but I'm cheap, alright? Cleveland took Rosen 1st overall. I sent a proposal to the Giants but they stuck and took Saquon 2nd. When the Jets well and truly Jets'd it by taking Josh Allen 3rd, I struck a deal with Cleveland. For the 4th pick, I sent the 12th, 22nd, 53rd & 55th picks. With the remaining picks, there's a common theme; athleticism. Round 1 Pick 4 (CLE): Mayfield, Baker, QB, Oklahoma (A-) Round 3 Pick 1: Chark, DJ, WR, LSU (A) Round 3 Pick 32: Avery, Genard, ILB, Memphis (B) Round 4 Pick 21: Noteboom, Joseph, OT, Texas Christian (A+) Round 5 Pick 29: Nichols, Bilal, DT, Delaware (A+) Round 6 Pick 13: ODaniel, Dorian, OLB, Clemson (A)
  15. The nearest QB connection I can think of in Arizona is Jordan Palmer's brother played there for a while. Palmer is a QB guru type.
  16. My grades are set into tiers and because I don't grade for the reality of QB desperation, round grades are basically relative to each other and not necessarily where I would draft them/expect them to go. QB is such a weird beast in the free market (be it FA or draft), I find it near impossible to scale it. With a 3rd round grade, Rudolph is towards the lower end of 'Chance to be a future starter' where you'd be taking him to groom him behind a veteran for a fairly significant period of time. Because of that, it's feasible that he would make sense at the back end of the 1st, simply due to the fifth-year option extending your grooming & evaluation period. I struggle with players from Rudolph's kind of system because the transition typically takes time. It cloaks what he might be capable of doing in terms of progressions & full-field reads. He might be capable but without getting him on the whiteboard, I'm not giving him credit for what I've not seen a ton of. If his development doesn't pan out, the draft stock used on him probably costs a GM his job. Spending a late 1st on a guy that ends up as a backup QB is a fail. If they decide not to move up for one of the established guys (at least in my eyes) and they settle for a Jackson or a Rudolph, I'll back the play despite some reservations but, if they do, they live and die by this particular sword. I don't actually dislike Lauletta as a player but I found it funny about what my notes about him said. Almost to a tee, it was what everyone kept telling me that Nate Peterman was coming out of Pitt
  17. I think it's an unfair comparison, simply because Donald is almost unparalleled as an athlete. They're both a similar type though, pin your ears back one-gap rushers that can handle run defense responsibilities really well. For Hurst to have the Sack/TFL production that he has in spite of being misused for large chunks of the past couple of years gives me hope that he'll actually be more productive as a pro. Trying to think of a best case, worst case for him: Fletcher Cox as a best case, Grady Jarrett as a worst case. If healthy, his floor is really good designated rusher with his ceiling being a devilish creature of the night.
  18. As Chris's board fell, the first 3 picks were QB and 4 had gone within the top 10. Rudolph & Allen feel like I'd have been reaching for the sake of taking one. In reality, if they don't come out of the Thursday with a QB of the future, it'll be a massive waste of time. It's been perfectly clear since Beane was appointed that everything is revolving around drafting a QB. He's been cleared for his pro day so I assume that he's been given the all-clear to pursue his NFL career. If that's the case, dude is a stud.
  19. I used Chris Trapasso's board. By the time the 12th pick came around, all the actually good QB's had been picked so this is the 'What to do if you're stuck with AJ McCarron as your answer' concept draft. R1 P12 - DL MAURICE HURST - MICHIGAN R1 P22 - OT ISAIAH WYNN - GEORGIA R2 P21 - WR CALVIN RIDLEY - ALABAMA R2 P24 - LB MALIK JEFFERSON - TEXAS R3 P1 - EDGE JOSH SWEAT - FLORIDA ST. R3 P32 - DL DERRICK NNADI - FLORIDA ST. R4 P21 - G WYATT TELLER - VA. TECH R5 P29 - RB JORDAN WILKINS - OLE MISS R6 P13 - WR DYLAN CANTRELL - TEXAS TECH
  20. In a perfect world, I wouldn't be banking on either player to be my franchise guy. Rudolph graded out as the better QB for me but he only came out as a 3rd rounder, Lauletta around the 5th.
  21. The Redskins have both a 'fair compensation' trade chart done and a rudimentary big board. I really should have better things to do with my Saturday.
  22. Bills Equipment are cheap!!!!!!
