    All I've really got to go off is their college tape. I liked both of them as prospects so, while I'm still on the fence with them both, I've got a more positive outlook until proven otherwise. I'm just glad they've brought in a more specialised C. I think people lose sight that it's a specialist position, not easy to pick up as a pro.

    I think some people have to remember that there's 160 OL starting spots. There's not even enough good OL in the NFL to fill those spots. You're fortunate if you have 5 starting calibre players. If you have 2 capable backups to play G/T, you're blessed. Adding Ikard to play C, I think we have one of the deepest OL's in the league.

    No more concerned now than when we picked him. Same issues with him as I had at FSU. I'm not going to trash the kid for being who I knew he was. The way I figure it, his best chance to learn is with Donnie Henderson. If he can learn, he will. Let's just hope McKelvin Jr doesn't take 4-5 years to get it.

    Absolutely. He's been well respected in Baltimore too. The Ravens wanted him to stay, Kubiak wanted to take him to Denver. Certainly seems to have the right personality to lead. Wasn't phased by competition, sought out the chance to start. Let's hope the talent matches the mental aspects.
