  1. I was focusing on the OL quite a bit. Cyrus played well, looks a lot more sound technically than he did last year. Ryan Groy looked solid at LG. Biggest OL standout for me was 4th string LT Marquis Lucas. He needs bumping up the depth chart, he's got practice squad written all over him but he acquitted himself well. Guys that were poor? Fernando Velasco looked awfully soft and slow, no way he makes the 53. Groy will be the swing IOL. Chris Martin is absolute garbage and needs cutting this morning. Outside of OL, Walter Powell did enough that I'll mark him into a WR/KR spot on the roster. Duke Williams did well. I love what Bryson Albright can grow into but he's not roster-ready yet. His hand technique is there, just needs to add some power to the mix. I'd have to watch back but initial thought was that Max Valles had a nice game on the edge. I feel a bit better about depth in a few spots now I've watched them play a little.
  2. He's genuinely the new Whitner. This was literally after Twitter searching his own name to pick a fight with someone. @Karlos_29_SR 40m40 minutes ago @JxredNHL they've been attacking. I defend myself. I don't start with fans.
  3. The fact that he's not apologised or deleted anything makes me think the team are giving him the rope to hang himself.
  4. Karlos is a !@#$ing scumbag. No idea why people stand up for him. Bunch of morons. His lack of respect for women is disgusting.
  5. His success has obviously been helped by Brady, no doubt about it. Is it lucky to hit on a 6th round QB? Absolutely. Is it luck to develop that player and maximise his strengths? Not one bit, If anyone has read the book War Room by Michael Holley, you'll see that Belichick is simply reaping the rewards for a lot of trial and error. His greatness comes from being his own biggest critic. He stays true to his process and brings people on board that are willing to buy into that. Everyone from his coordinators to the equipment guys are Belichick guys. I've dug into Bill and his career quite a bit and I'm something of a Belichick disciple. If he's willing to take me on, I'm ready.
  6. I genuinely have no idea what that guy is doing on an NFL roster. He's terrible and seems to throw temper tantrums.
  7. I think the Jets have the best personnel in the division. Williams/Richardson/Wilkerson are nuts. Big fan of Jenkins and Mauldin off the edge. Harris and Lee/Henderson will be serviceable at ILB. Biggest question is who partners Revis. Looks like Buster Skrine for now but Marcus Williams did okay last year. Williams outside, Skrine/McDougle in the slot would be pretty good. They don't have great depth though, any injury at CB/S would decimate them. Patriots have some good pieces and will be well coached but I don't see them being stellar this year. Losing Ninkovich for a while is a blow. They'll probably rank top half in the league but nothing spectacular. Miami could be a spectacular mess. Their front four could be pretty decent if healthy but, behind that, it's a whole bunch of yikes. I'd put the Bills 2nd in the AFCE for now but it's incredibly close for me between 1st and 2nd. I expect them to be better than 2015 but injuries to Shaq/Reggie have brought my expectation level down a notch.
  8. I would absolutely agree with that flag. Or any flag. I'm easily influenced by fabric.
  9. I just found out who's behind it too.
  10. Yeah? Well, I know people too. Just kidding, nobody loves me.
  11. If you want my opinion on a matter, just ask me flat out. The rest of it is just my coping mechanisms. Stop trying to understand me. It'll be good for your health. I stopped doing it years ago.
  12. Since you know me better than I know myself, enlighten me as to what I expect for 2016.
  13. That was my Chicken Little overreaction. I deal with this crap with huge amounts of sarcasm. Between the Bills and Stockport County, if I didn't laugh I'd cry. And everyone knows how I view Shaq and Reggie. Manny and a Brown/Spikes job share isn't as good as I perceive them to be. Doesn't mean that they can't be somewhat effective. My expectations have been tempered slightly to reflect reality but I still expect a decent team to take the field.
  14. I also said "Just gonna keep my fingers crossed and not overreact until the full diagnosis is public knowledge. I'll go all Chicken Little at that point"
  15. It's absolutely far from ideal. IK playing any snaps is a cluster!@#$ in the making. I'm still hopeful that Manny can come back for Week 1. He's a solid player, just zero pass rush from him. I still think Preston is a born Mike, as long as he's addressed concerns about being more vocal and demanding. Zach Brown fits WILB well. Spikes isn't the worst 3rd option. No idea if Hawthorne has anything left in the tank or if Randell can play ILB. Whaley has got to face criticism for Shaq. No doubt about it. Depth at rush LB is farcical.
  16. I sincerely hope the communication issues are solved this year. Rotating those guys in packages could be problematic if not. I still think we're in decent shape at ILB, despite my doom and gloom.
  17. Rex can manufacture pressure through scheme so I'm not that concerned. He's not great against the run either but needs must. I was comfortable with him starting if we didn't address ILB in the draft. He's not Reggie but he does have a relevant NFL skill set.
  18. Got to be the way to go. Teams are so pass-heavy now, harder to pick on Zach.
  19. Lot of my optimism was around the additions of Shaq and Reggie. One was mangled from the get go, the other out for the year. Tear it down, burn it. !@#$ it.
  20. Chuck Zodda of Inside The Pylon took a look at Dan Carpenter and his issues with XP attempts last year. http://insidethepylon.com/nfl/teams-nfl/afc-east/buffalo-bills/2016/08/10/why-does-dan-carpenter-keep-missing-extra-points/
  21. Just gonna keep my fingers crossed and not overreact until the full diagnosis is public knowledge. I'll go all Chicken Little at that point.
  22. He's put on 110 pounds since high school. This isn't a shocker.
  23. Yes, it is Bono. I was hoping to keep it secret but I can't deny the truth.
