  1. The Bills should hire that guy. Alas, we shall never acquire his identity.
  2. Almost like he's not a real fan and he's just a tribalist moron for the sake of it.
  3. I'm not doing anything at the moment. In my favour, I do know what a running back is.

  7. Happy birthday, Scott. I could say disparaging things knowing that you're too old to catch me but I'll resist.
  8. 9/11 is probably the first news event that I have a completely visceral memory of. I was 11 years old, just moved in with my dad and had gone back to my mum's house to pick some stuff up. Let myself in and turned on the TV. The pictures on BBC News were of the first tower on fire. I was a dumb kid, I didn't quite understand the gravity of what that meant. Then I remember the live shot of the second plane making contact with the tower and I don't think I'll ever forget the events that followed as long as I live. They weren't trying to graphically show people jumping out of the windows but you could still see it on the broadcast. Then both towers collapsed and it struck me that I'd just watched hundreds, if not thousands of people die. I've seen atrocious scenes since, most recently the explosion in Beirut, but I don't think I'll ever feel sorrow like that ever again. I was just watching it absolutely dumbstruck. In the years since, I've seen so many stories of bravery from that day. On a day that could be remembered for utter cowardice and disregard for human life, we can remember people that are truly the best of us. People that gave their lives to save others while those buildings burned, people that worked day and night trying to save people from the rubble it left behind. From an event that will live in infamy for its tragedy, heroes emerged.

  12. Before and after, yes.
  13. I wish I had the picture of me aged 14. It's the most horrific moustache, I look immensely Mexican.
  14. Oh, that's just awful. Never been less attractive.
  15. Stupid, sexy Flanders.
  16. That's how I do it.
  17. What if we've all completely misread Bill over the past two decades and he's just the greatest deadpan comic of his era?
  18. I know, right. If anything, that dude should get a reward for managing to get it up in the face of such challenging circumstances.
  19. I'm just here to register my displeasure that this thread wasn't started by Mead.
  20. Sure beats that weird Kiko Alonso in the kitchen thing from a few years back.

  23. Yep, head coach at Bethel. I remember those halcyon days of him being weighed pre-draft using farm equipment.
