it's entertainment. I know in the present state of things that having a differing opinion is a terrible affront, worthy of banishment, but really ... if ya don't like the guy then DON'T LISTEN. I don't care for MTS (Murph The Shill) so guess what? I don't listen. It's really that simple. I am consistently amused by those who work themselves into a rage over (insert personality/network here) ... you're just hangry - have a Snickers

Would bet they get huge discounts. To get them for nothing is probably taboo.
that is known as payola - a BIG no no in the media industry

True, but you can hardly blame him for coordinating with the Browns and Dolphins. Dead ends there.
We really don't know what Allen's ceiling is, but yeah, Daboll was sure saddled with some terrible players at QB

McDermott fired the coordinator from year one and hired a new up-and-coming coordinator in Brian Daboll.
except he's not new and he has been less than average at every other stop as an OC ... this is not a comment to bash/judge him, just pointing out a fact, which are frequently lacking in these pages

Any OL named Magnuson is OK in my book .... probably lifts cars and tosses beer kegs filled with cement as part of his training regimen

bad teams playing badly in a meaningless preseason tilt ... yea I would have jumped all over spending my time watching that

Absolutely nothing beats good sound! In the age of home theatre, I have remained a two channel guy. Vinyl is still the way to go. I understood good sound when I was a teenager. I shoveled drive ways for two weeks to get my first Marantz Integrated amplifier back in the day.
Beautiful! If you do get your hands on one, dont let it go. You may want to check Audiogon.com for vintage Marantz. It is a good site with honest members. Most audiophiles take better care of their audio equipment than their cars.
I still have my Marantz 4230 Quad receiver ... it's in pristine shape

I am an audiophile. I like high end stereo equipment, and I often buy, sell and trade it. My favorite brand of equipment is Bryston or Krell. The components are built military grade and produce awesome sound. Bryston equipment carries a 20 year warranty!
Nothing today sounds like a good quality component system of yesterday, even when we're talking about mainstream brands then (Marantz, Sansui, Dual) ... while .mp3 files have revolutionized taking music with you, they are the bane of audio purists

A 4th and Ty Nsheke?
it is a bit odd that Ty didn't see the field today with no mention of injury ... basically a healthy scratch and he had been starting at RT

probably a smart move to do it now, before the repair bills set in ?

If you have the time, a Weber kettle will do an awesome job at a reasonable cost. Always been curious about the Green Egg, but not at that cost. Already spent a pretty penny on my Weber Genesis gas grill

I do like classic car shows and museums. The Pierce-Arrow museum in Buffalo wasn't bad. The Cleveland History Center has a whole nice big section of vintage cars from the early 1900s in their basement.
I love to drive as well. Sometimes even driving to get my food shopping done in Philly which is an hour ride from me. Changes of scenery/driving are nice, especially when there's not as many people on the road.
Self driving vehicles will be the bane of my existence ... I can see the utility for me on a drive to Florida or something of that nature, but otherwise? NO WAY!

Anyone else notice when they sit down to hand write a few notes, that they can type for hours without a problem, but 5 minutes into a note and your hand feels like it's about to fall off?
#truth ... I have absolutely NO idea how I was able to handwrite papers in high school

Haven't started with this season as of yet .... my concern is that as child actors age, they lose what made the show special - we shall see

Still need to see a proven TE on this roster who truly makes a difference for the offense ... time will tell, I suppose

Is WKBW in trouble? I know they are probably 3rd in ratings but I haven't heard that.
Joe B is leaving because the constraints of a broadcast sportscast doesn't give him the opportunity to play to his strengths, namely detailed, long form reporting. Also, The Athletic is throwing some good coin around and TV salaries aren't what they used to be in the days of Irv, Rick & Tom (I am in the business, FYI)
21 hours ago, Misterbluesky said:I prefer Bove anyway..Long,tall Joe is hardly on and he's clueless about the Sabres. With that being said..those sports segments are getting shorter and shorter.
Josh Reed (4) is my favorite out of all the locals.
Bove is a genuinely good guy, is ambitious, and works hard ... partied with Reed in Lauderdale at last seasons Miami game: also a great guy

If he's sold on Clowney, he could make the big move, as he's shown he isn't afraid to attempt them ... otherwise, you see if anything shakes loose during camp cuts. If not, you dance with who brung ya, and make edge rusher a TOP priority in next years FA/draft. This team isn't a real contender yet anyway, but in a year, if everything shakes out, they could be in the mix
